I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I visited on Friday and was the only customer…read morein the shop at the time. I had a long, respectful conversation with a staff member named Mo and trusted him when I purchased a SMOK Nord 4 as a gift for a friend. When I got home, I discovered the box was missing a slot/parts inside. I have tried calling the shop repeatedly to resolve this, but no one answers. It's upsetting to be treated this way, especially after being so upfront about my situation and the fact that this was a gift. I feel completely misled and robbed of my money and trust. I strongly advise anyone shopping here to open the box and check every single part before leaving, as they clearly do not stand behind what they sell once you walk out the door.

Super bummed to have to write a bad review for this store. My first experience in there was great a…read moremonth ago and I was hoping to be a regular. I work nearby, and while I usually shop near my home in Oakland, I thought I'd try a new store and support local Alameda businesses. I got a 510 battery which I really liked a lot but lost a week later. So I stopped back in last week to buy a new 510 battery. Just like the first time, he said he was going to give me a special deal, and pay $25 instead of $30. Unfortunately, that battery's threads were faulty so I took it back five minutes later and exchanged it. But again, unfortunately, that battery quit after using it for a few days. I took it back in yesterday to exchange it. Obviously, this brand has some issues, but the owner again told me he was going to give me a great deal and sell me another 510 battery instead of replacing the one that didn't work. We went back-and-forth a little bit, and I left frustrated and with a useless battery. I'll go back to shopping in Oakland at my regular smoke shop since the person running this store cannont be trusted.
