I wish they had an online portal sometimes to refill things and tell me when things are ready but small cost for what is a great team. Plus they have the little peppermint candies I love for 10c.

The women who work here are always kind, professional, and clearly doing their best, but they appear to be consistently overworked and overwhelmed. There also seems to be constant changes in rules and procedures, which creates confusion not only for employees but for customers as well. The environment no longer feels organized or properly managed the way it once did. As a long-time customer, it's disappointing to see because the staff themselves are wonderful people. I genuinely hope management takes a closer look at how this pharmacy is being run and makes changes that better support both employees and customers.
