I returned and asked them if they could place my lenses in another set of glasses. They evidently did not cut them correctly and they continued to pop out. I went back once and thought they were okay but they continued to pop out!!! When I returned again to complain not only did they not fix them correctly they chipped them and they do not match up so I'm in the same predicament. I would sincerely not recommend them to place lenses in another set of glasses. I was not offered a new set of $300 transitional lenses. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!!!

Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. Now I cannot make contact with that person and I want to see if my prescription has been received. This is an edit to the original review.
