Furthermore, neither he nor his office contacted us with an apology or explanation. We assume he has so much business he doesn't need to treat new patients with common courtesies. The two stars are for the front staff who were efficient and polite.

They've helped me out of a very tricky spot, and I've got nothing but great things to say about how professional they've all been during this troubled time for my family. I'd have to give them a double-thumbs-up for every single time they've been there for me; and I'd highly refer them when you need a helping hand - and have definite plans to keep ownership of your pawned items! My husband and I wanted a second opinion and as soon as our second opinion man looked up our fireplace with his flashlight his first words were "you had this cleaned?" He actually ran a camera up the chimney and showed us the 3rd degree build up and said whoever cleaned this just used a brush. New guy used a chain to clean it than ran the camera back up it to show us it was clean and deamed it safe to use and we did not need a 3,000.00 liner. By the way Joe said the fireplace wasn't safe to use and urged us to get a liner. I'm so glad we got a second opinion from a real professional who uses a camera before and after the cleaning. By the way new guy was $40.00 cheaper. Will never use PCS again.
