They could have made us come back again. The staff, nurses and Doctor were great!! They actually cared about you. Unlike a lot of places. The doctor was just wonderful. Other doctors could take lessons from this kind man. He genuinely cared for his patients. There are few and far between like this Doctor. And his nurses are just as kind and caring too. And the lady that took care of me getting my glasses was was super sweet too. Everyone there were wonderful. Wish we would have found them a long time ago.

I returned and asked them if they could place my lenses in another set of glasses. They evidently did not cut them correctly and they continued to pop out. I went back once and thought they were okay but they continued to pop out!!! When I returned again to complain not only did they not fix them correctly they chipped them and they do not match up so I'm in the same predicament. I would sincerely not recommend them to place lenses in another set of glasses. I was not offered a new set of $300 transitional lenses. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!!!

I've had Dr Robert before and I felt he didn't take his time to help answer my concerns so I switched to Dr Philpott. He always always takes his time to answer my questions and concerns. I have tons of allergies and dry eyes a lot of the time. He always recommends diff products to me and makes the extra effort to even write them down on paper for me and steps on how to use the product. He's recommended special fish oil for eyes to diff eye drops for me. He gives me samples to try and always gives me the latest contact solution and contact lens to try to help with dryness. Dr. Philpott is knowledgeable and cares about his patients.
