He is not only a great dentist he also knows how to make you feel like an old friend. There was this one time when , wait never mind it's a long story and you probably don't want to hear me go on and on about how funny the story was but trust me I've never laughed as hard as I did that time. Wait a second Dr. Shankle seems to make me laugh every time. I'm not sure but now I'm starting to think he might not be as funny as I through because I always take the laughing gas so maybe he's not the stand up comedian I through he was and it's all the gas. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.

They said I had to come back and get the rest of my treatment done first and when I didn't come back because I didnt trust them anymore, they charged my insurance for partials that I haven't even received to this day. They care about making money only. It's the worst experience I've had with a dentist my whole life and now I'm stuck with partials that look like crap and can't go somewhere else because they ripped off my insurance company for services I didn't receive and I have to wait 3 years before I can get new partials. They treat soonercare patients like crap but have no problem billing the insurance. I WILL BE LETTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY KNOW! So where are my partials that you charged them for? Did you throw them away? They also refer people to a dentist that has killed a couple people if you need sedation dentistry and don't tell you about him.
