You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

When I arrived my friends were already starting their various treatments and I was a bit lost, but again, I had no clue what would even be occurring. I was escorted into a room for a Styku scan. I have previous experience with a similar scale before my gastric sleeve 18 months ago, but this printed an image. Needless to say, this image helped me choose which part of my body I wanted to target when getting the T-Shape procedure. I chose my midsection, this fluffy area of my body that after years of keeping everyone else alive carried the weight of a lifetime. I'm sharing my scan image and a side view from the following morning -- I am still shook! Then off to the room with this spaceship like recumbent bike with a rainbow of red light therapy ready for me to engage. The InfraBaldan 3 blew me away. There are options for which level of activity you wish to engage for 40 minutes, and I chose the sedentary/light level because at 59, I'm not trying to kill myself exercising. The red lights zoomed in on every exposed area of my body and warmed my skin and muscles as I peddled away jamming to Michael Jackson and Prince. FYI, wear something you're comfortable stripping down to, for me it was my bra and a pair of yoga shorts...next time it might be a bikini! Honestly it was so much fun I could have gone for another 40 mins! But what they don't tell you is that you could break a stall by riding that bike for 40 mins. I'm at that point after my GS surgery where the stomach relaxes, you can take in more calories and it's typical to stall while your body recalibrates to this new version of yourself. I have been at a stall for 6 months, pretty frustrated having tried all the things and still not moved the scale. I woke up the next morning, and I was DOWN SIX WHOLE POUNDS. No joke. I'm down another 4 since then and it hasn't even been a full week! My experience with the InfraBaldan 3 bike therapy at Texas MedGroup truly surprised me. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. It feels like a gentle workout combined with deep infrared warmth, which made the session comfortable and actually enjoyable. We meet Dr. Arsalla Islam with our first consultation and I didn't know much about her, but she gave us a LOT of information. To be honest, I was overwhelmed and I have no idea how he felt but he was determined to go through with it. Our insurance required a diet program for 6 months before he could go through with the procedure so he started trying a little bit and lost a couple of pounds here and there. When it finally came time to do his surgery he was ready. The staff at MBS had walked us through EVERYTHING. EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY. We knew what he was getting into. We knew what was going to happen at the post-op and after the surgery. Even after being warned and told what's going to happen most patients don't understand how it's going to feel and are reluctant to follow the guidelines given to them. DO IT. FOLLOW THESE STEPS. YOU WILL RECOVER FASTER. Dr. Islam follows up with your hospital buddy to let them know how things are going along the way. She follows up with you via an app at the hospital while surgery is happening. She lets you know how it goes after surgery and she checks in on her patients. After the surgery is done you are not abandoned to the world. You have follow up appointments. She tells you to call them if you need help. She will make sure you have ALL oF THE HELP you need. I cannot tell you how amazing the support system is if you only take advantage of it. Unfortunately, my husband isn't one of those people... but that's another story. For the buddies that stay with you, if you have an overnight stay, the hospital is horrible to stay at overnight. Try the hotel next door, supposedly there's a discount. I ended up with incredibly bad back pain trying to stay with my husband and he ended up kicking me out of the room because he saw how bad it was. Driving home at 4 am to come back around 11 am for discharge, then waiting on the discharge, that was not fun.
