Now the system has shut itself down and our customer service person at Berkeley Electric suggested we call Boss Energy. Jared answered the phone (what- an actual human?? When they didn't show up on installation day, I had to call around to figure out why. When the installation crew showed up, they didn't understand the installation plan. They dug a trench in my yard and left it there for close to 3 months. They installed the sub panel on the outside of my garage, when the plans clearly say to install it inside. They've scheduled several other technicians to come out to finish the job and no call no show is pretty much the common practice. My system is currently generating power, but they didn't install the CTs so I could get readings on my consumption. It's been a mess to say the least. I'm still all for alternate energy, but LGCY just doesn't have their act together to deliver.
