Love this guest house on Via del Corso. Centrally located near Piazza Venezia, it was easy to walk to so many highlights within 10-15 minutes. The Forum. The Pantheon. Trevi Fountain. Palatine Hill. The Jewish Quarter. The Colosseum.
Booked three rooms. Each was quite unique. The largest of the rooms had a separate living room with a pull out couch. The other two rooms had a nice oversized tub and a small seating area for breakfast.
Great front desk staff. Karen and Dima were so gracious. Karen brought us a tray of pastries and cappuccinos after a long overseas flight. Dima helped with luggage, ordering taxis and early breakfast before a visit to the Vatican. The lobby has glass jars filled with biscottis, multicolored marshmallows and hard candies. So fun!
This was the best in room breakfast that we had in Rome. What a great assortment of fresh vegetables and fruits, hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, breakfast rolls, pastries and yogurt. Fresh juice, hot tea, and cappuccino were perfect to start off a day of exploring Rome.
Our booking also included a taxi from Leonardo da Vinci Airport to the hotel which was great. The taxi service tracked our flight and we were able to get another taxi when we were delayed.
Although there is an elevator, not all rooms are accessible. As this is an older building, there are lots of stairs that spiral around the staircase and also stairs to the rooms.
Great guesthouse/hotel stay. Highly recommended and hope to return one day. read more
