Service Tech Dequan did not fix my washer on yesterday 8/21/2025. I do not recommend their services. Hire very incompetent people.

The individual came and looked at my refrigerator; I explained to him the panel went blank and no longer working. He tells me that he needs to come back after two days to service the refrigerator with Freon- which is unusual because there was no light or anything. Two days later he shows up and starts checking things in the back, and notices that the freezer is working and the unit doesn't need freon. He tells me that he needs to order two additional parts (Motherboard and another small box), and it would take 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, my food is going bad. Ten days later, they show up to complete the repair; I told him the light came back on: however, it is not getting cold. He finishes the repair, and I noticed that the ice machine is not working. He looks at me and tells me that he is not there for the ice maker. I told him it was all working before everything going off. I called the Home warranty company, and they told me that they will send another company over to fix the ice machine and will waive my deductible. Two days later, the entire refrigerator goes off again and stops working altogether, I attempted to contact the company, but they will not return my call what so ever. I called the home warranty to explain to them that the refrigerator is no longer working again, and the company refuses to return my call. The representatives told me that the system shows that I have another company coming to fix the ice machine and to inform them that the refrigerator is not working period. I attempted to explain to the representative that I want to file a complaint and feel the company is filing fraudulent work orders and billing the company and customers. The representative (ANNIE from HMS) told me that she doesn't appreciate my tone and if I don't like the services to cancel my policy with them when I requested to speak to her supervisor or manager, she refused and told me if I want to talk to someone else to hang up and call back (UNBELIEVABLE) I called back and spoke with another rep who apologized and took all the information down, scheduled a call back with the supervisor, and waived my $100 deductible. Customer of HMS for the past seven years - might be time for a new Home Service Warranty. I strongly recommend all to steer clear from Appliance Appliance Repair - as they are crooked and go by several different names.

This is the experience I had. My refrigerator broke the day…read morebefore Easter. No lights, not running. In a panic, we started looking on line for a repair service. Contacted a few, most would come out on Monday. Finally found DnD appliance repair and got them on the phone. Someone could be there between 1 and 4pm. 4pm rolls around and the phone rings, " We are running behind, can we come out between 5 and 8?" Tech shows up around 8. Pulls out the fridge and tells me that the circuit board is shot. I had heard about this same problem from a relative that owns the same model refrigerator, so it seemed likely. Note - there is a fuse on the board that failed, this fuse is soldered into the board so you can't remove it. Thanks LG! you have to replace the whole board. He tells me to give him a $400.00 "deposit" which coincidentally, matches the total cost of the repair. I know, how dumb could I be. So I write the check. He hands me a sheet and asks me to fill in my address and phone number. I notice at the top, it has "Appliance Repair Co." written on it. At the time, it didn't register that something may be wrong. . Before he leaves, he jumps the fuse and gets the fridge running. I ask him how long I can stay like that and he tells me that it will be ok for two weeks. He the calls his office, and finds out that they can get the part and be back by the following Thursday to install it. would between 5 and 8 be ok? Sure. After he leaves, I look up their number on Google only to find that they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. 71 people, now 72, have had their money taken and no repair or a poor repair was done. Thursday comes and he doesn't show up. I call their number and get Lynn, the owners wife, and she tells me the part hasn't come in. Can they come back on the following Tuesday? Sure . I call them Tuesday morning and Lynn assures me the part is one the truck and they will be there to install it between 5 an 7. I get a call at 7 telling me they are running late and they will be there between 8 and 10. Again a no show. I call them and they ask if they can come out on the10th (Wednesday) between 5 and 7. Another last minute call to say they will be there between 8 and 10. Surprise!, they didn't come out. Now I am pissed, so I call and get their answering machine. I leave a nasty message telling them I am filing a complaint with the States Attorney's office and the better business bureau. I get a call back at 7am the next morning. Lynn is apologizing and tells me they will be there that evening, the 11th, between 5 and 7. They are also giving me $50 back on the cost of the repair bill. 7 o'clock comes and goes and , you guessed it, they do not show up. I call them and get Lynn again, this time I am showing more of my anger and ask her what kind of charade she is trying to pull. She seems surprised that someone would question their integrity and assures me that he will be there in 20 to 30 minutes. Now, there are three people in the house and we have a dog. I mention this because my phone rang around 10 pm. I recognized the number as Lynn trying to contact me again. I had had enough so I let it go to voice mail. The message told me the tech was at our front door and knocked trying to get someone to answer. Now, as I mentioned, we have a dog, she reacts whenever someone comes up the driveway, let alone knocks on the door. We never heard him. The next morning, I listen to the voicemail. Lynn is telling me the part is on the front step. I go out an look and there it is, wrapped in bubble wrap. Good thing since it rained during the night. There is also a note from the tech telling me that his cell phone is broken and cannot make outgoing calls. I take the part out of the bubble wrap and notice that something doesn't look right. The board looks used. Everything that should be standing up straight is bent over. It looks like someone intentionally abused it. I call Lynn and tell her about this. She claims she knows nothing and will have the tech contact me. How he is going to do that with a broken cell phone is anyone's guess. At this point I am done. Lynn calls on Saturday, the 13th, to find out when they can come out and install the used part they left on my porch step.
