Went in during the slower hours and was attended to quickly. My waitress was VERY friendly (and maybe a little over the top sometimes but it's a different culture here lol) however that didn't detract from the incredible service by them and all the staff. Honestly I felt like I was in a much more prestigious ($$$) restaurant than I actually was. The Detroit style pizzas are incredible, have great consistency, excellent proportions of ingredients, and a small will easily result in 2 full meals imo. The cinnamon sticks are superb and made with the same crust as the pizza. I'm not usually a crust guy, but even the thick crust here blew me away. I did not realize this was a chain before I walked in but cannot recommend this location enough if you are looking for a good, quick pizza with an inviting atmosphere in the area. Gluten-free friends rejoice!! My wife is gluten-free and I decided to share a pizza with her. We tried the cheese sticks, Detroit pizza, and the cinnamon sticks. If no one were to tell me I wouldn't have known I wasn't eating gluten!! All the food was rich in flavor. Not only did they have great food, but the service was top notch. Our waitress was more than happy to go through the menu with my wife and explain everything. She was always checking on us and made sure we were satisfied with our lunch. The dining area was super clean and everything felt comfortable and well kept. The music was a little loud but other than that it's very family friendly, but also has a nice bar for drinks. We will be going back and recommending other celiacs to Via 313 for amazing pizza!! read more

The pizza is great. Even the gluten free pizza was awesome. it's not often you can get a homemade gluten free crust. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Until today I was convinced that the only place to get really good gluten-free pizza was Settebello's in downtown Salt Lake. And their gf crust is amazing! But if you're looking for an incredible deep dish gf pizza experience, Via 313 is the spot! I don't know what I was expecting but I was blown away. We went to Via 313 in a Murray at lunchtime. We were the only ones (5 of us) in the restaurant. The music was way so loud that we couldn't hear each other talking. We asked them to please turn the music down and they said they couldn't. Their boss wants the music that loud. We will not go there again. Love their food, but not the music. read more

I just left there 10 minutes ago and literally feel sick. First time I ate here was great but this time my pizza was pure dough. I ate the outer edges/crust but everything else was not fully cooked. The food is really good here but I came in to place a to go order and I think they forgot about us. They told us 20-30 minutes so I left and came back 30 minutes later. The food still wasn't ready. At 45 minutes we asked someone what was going on and they said they would check on it but never actually left to go check. Another 10 minutes later a different waitress brought our food over and said that this food was just sitting there without a label on it. Turns out it was ours and was probably ready for 30 minutes. We have been there twice now about a month apart. Service both times took 40-45 minutes to get two pizzas. They can deliver cheese bread in 5 min to every table that comes in after us but need 45 for a pizza? Servers were kind but understood it was far too long. Ultimately I'm not a fan of thick or thin crust. The Detroit style frozen pizza that they sell at at Costco is far superior at 1/3 the price. They are clearly an oven short during rush times because the to-go business is brisk. There are a ton people working so it has to be over space. If there brand is to play tock music so loud the customers cant talk in their restaurant then no thanks. I rather go to blaze pizza for my gluten free pizza, and eat in peace.
