Alex is wonderful. Service is great and the car is clean. Alex was very professional and kind. My car broke down and losing power in DTLA at night, the restaurant is closing. It is a dangerous area you don't want to be at 9pm. I was not able to get tow service via AAA for 6 hours. I contacted a towing company myself and Alex took the job as a 3rd party contractor when no one is willing to tow me for 48 miles, picking up from DTLA on Sunday evening. Alex was very nice and the most important thing is that he towed my car and drop me to the destination safely. He also let me know approximate how long he would get there when he can contact me. He also try his best to remain contact, letting me know he is just around the corner. His tow truck is the most clean tow truck I have ever seem (and I have some tow truck experiences for my previous older unit. ) His service is wonderful.
