The guy loaded them up and I drove off, again very friendly and helpful. My project started two weeks after that. My contractor went to open up the boxes and started to work. When he got to the third box, five out of six tiles were cracked or broken. My contractor told me they should stand by the tile and do an exchange. So I called them to let them know and that I was in the middle of my project and needed another box and that one box was broken, so would I be able to bring these pieces back and exchange for a new box? They informed me that once the tile leaves their store, they aren't responsible anymore! Do they think I enjoyed driving another 30 miles to deal with this in the middle of my project? So I asked I'm supposed to just buy another box with no assistance? She informed me that it was company policy! I asked her to talk to a manager, she came back and said, sorry we can't do anything for you. WOW! Thanks for letting me know you have such a crappy policy and ZERO customer service! The day it was supposed to be complete the installer was at my house until 8:55pm (!!) and still didn't finish it. Instead of taking three days it took five. I was told their team would start between 4/21-4/25 and the project was supposed to last less than 5 business days. Fast forward to the project actually getting scheduled, the work was haphazard and did not get completed until 6/1 and I had to call them to find out when they would finish the project. To top it all off they charged me 50% more than the original quote and overcharged on other items like spring clean up and fertilization. When I asked for a revised invoice instead of sending that they decided to send me the same invoice over again and charge me late fees. This company clearly can't handle the businesses that they are in and I will not be using them again.

Additionally, fabric, rock, and edging was installed. Now I don't have to worry about water getting too close to the foundation, and it is a tremendous relief. Dylan initially came out to look at the area and to present a plan. He then submitted a bid, and completed all the work himself in a timely manner. I loved the way Dylan was prompt in submitting a bid, responding to emails, setting up a date, and then following through. He really paid attention to my concerns and far exceeded my expectations. He did a beautiful job at a fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone.
