They loved her and treated her like family. Valentina got sick in San Antonio and the carelessness and prices in the ER in San Antonio were ridiculous. She was stabilized, brought home and taken care of here with pet dr 911. Emergency vet care is expensive but we've lived all over the US and the prices here are appropriate. If you're not the sickest pt there, there's probably a wait, but it's appropriate. You never want to be the sickest pt there and taken back immediately. They will see you as soon as they are physically able to. We have seen some heartbreaking situations come in through the front door while waiting there, and the drs and staff still treat every family with patience and kindness, even though they just walked out of a tough case. They are truly a blessing to the valley and I'm so thankful to all the drs and staff for loving our pets and for their kindness, intelligence, and compassion.

my dog had a blood blister on left eye lower eyelid since August of 2022, took to his regular vet…read more6 different times and the last three visits back to back in December 2023, antibiotics were given but never healed and continue to worsen to the point that he scratched his cornea and developed an eye ulcer, exausted emotionally and needles to say financially decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Cerelli, without much explanation, immediately diagnosed my dog with upper rear abscess tooth very near the eye, I got emotional because finally my dog's condition made sense and could now address the issue after seeing him suffer for almost 2 years, since, my dog was place in antibiotics and dental procedure was done. it has been 4 days since the procedure and my dog is recovering very well and becoming himself again. Dr. Cerelli specializes in other medical procedures that other vets in our area do not, I also observed how he is is kind and nurturing to animals he is treating, not only with my pet but with other clients, he does not overbook himself allowing him to be thorough in examining and give options on treatment needed. his office has appointment fee policies that are mentioned on some negative reviews but those policies are reasonable, time is valuable and responsible individuals should be on time for such important appointment. Again, polite, kind, and caring. If you add consistency to this dynamic, you'll have a perfect place where you can feel 100 percent happy to leave your family (fur-baby) under their care. I'd give them a 5 if communication was clear, but it was almost going to leave a score of 3, if the young lady wasn't always there to keep my billing consistent and fix the miscommunications. I would've wanted to check out more of the adult ones. They take in a ton of dogs and cats from AC and take care of them so nicely. I went in to foster a pup (which ended up being a foster fail) and they provided everything I needed. I wish I could take in more pups from them if they did a transport service to the East Coast.
