So, I resorted to my trusty online review companion and found Miss Lizzie with Shaggy Wags! I realize that it was very last minute, but of all the other places I tried, Lizzie was the only one that returned my phone call. She was very sweet and happy to help! And thanked me for trusting her with my pup... but from her reviews, how could I not? All went well and she even sent me a pic of my pup on their walk! If ever I find myself in the same predicament or even just for fun, I will definitely call Lizzie!

Nothing brightens by day more then when I'm stuck sitting in my cubicle and I receive a text photo from Lizzie of what Baxter is up to for the day! She often brings over her dog and other dogs that she is puppy sitting, so Bax even gets play time and socialization in. Can't say enough good things about her- PLUS Bax LOVED the homemade peanut butter treats she brought from him. Prices are reasonable, service is great and she is very responsive. I would highly recommend her to everyone! Thanks Lizzie!

I arrived around 10 PM, and they took her in as soon as I walked through the door. They guided me through everything and explained everything so clearly. I couldn't have asked for better care. Over the span of three days, I called every 2-3 hours for updates. They always answered, gave me explanations, and even sent me photos of my Chihuahua. That meant so much to me. I truly could not have asked for a better veterinary clinic. In an emergency, I will come here again without hesitation. I am over two hours away, and the drive is absolutely worth it for the level of care, compassion, and love they have for animals. And as for the bill, it was nothing outrageous. I was expecting to pay two or three times what I was actually charged. Thank you again Pet Doctor 911. If you are reading this and your pet needs medical help. Just come and ignore the reviews. That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all. I will not be using this business again and I don't recommend them.

But I gave the benefit of the doubt and please always trust your gut!! Anyhow today I picked my dog up from boarding for one night and I noticed my dogs lipstick was out. We all know it's out sometimes and it's normal but I was visibly swollen ! I waited about an hour and still the same ! I messaged them and apparently he has been like that for two hrs!! And no one thought to mention it to me. I tell her the vet said he more that likely mated w a female dog or he was forcefully separated from a female causing it to swell and no able to go back in! I messaged her and she said it's not a medical emergency! Like what! You're not a vet to be saying that!! And she acted all defensive . Like no customer service or empathy at all. I was just telling her feedback bc us owners need to know any changes in our babies! Like do you even care! I feel like they don't really watch the dogs.
