The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

We have three dogs, all rescues with their own past drama. The newest of the bunch was causing…read morechaos in our house and we desparately needed help. We refused to give up on the new guy, but life was rough (ruff wouldv'e been preferred - ha!). We opted for 5 days of reverse boarding and our trainer was Sammi. She was a great addition to the family for those 5 days. Things aren't perfect - but she helped highlight some of the behaviors we were exhibiting that added to the problem. She also spent time with all three pups to train them some important basics and get them used to taking instruction. There's a lot of hard work ahead of us still, but we have the tools now. I suspect we'll continue the occassional private lesson or training/dog sitting so we keep up the good progress.

We have been going to Karma and working with Sammi for a couple months now and our experience has…read morebeen great. The puppy socialization classes have been amazing for teaching the basics and allowing the pup to make friends and learn to play properly. We also grabbed two reverse board and train packages with Sammi to work on our dogs fear of neighborhood walks, reactivity, and excessive barking. We have made quite a bit of progress with Sammi's help. She has been so helpful increasing our Puppy's confidence and giving us the tools and advice to continue to improve in the areas he has been struggling. The barking indoors is now about 90% under control and his fear outside has improved quite a bit. We still have a bit to go with the little pup but we are continuing to work with Sammi to make this dog a certified good boy. The puppy also adores her and is super excited each time Sammi comes over for a session. Karma dog has been great for us and we will continue to go to their puppy and obedience classes. Give Sammi a massive raise because she deserves it will all her awesome work.

We came to them for aggression training and obedience training because our dog was getting out of control and protective towards our other dogs. We are still working on the aggression part considering it's only occasional but the obedience training and taming of our dog was 100% successful! We are going into our 4th week this week, and after only 3 classes I am seeing amazing results. Wally is showing more focus, better household manners, obeying extremely well... I have always trained my own dogs with good success, but Wally, being a service dog in training, I wanted professional help from the beginning. Rebecca has made all the difference in the world! The best part is that she doesn't necessarily train our dogs (in group classes), she trains pet parents to train their dogs, and has enlightened me to techniques and animal thought processes that I would have never aquired without her insite. She is full of great information, makes herself available via phone, email and text. Saturday evening I left her a message that I was having an issue with Wally turning a leave-it command into a new game. She returned my call on Sunday morning, and spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me to correct the behavior. With the advice she gave, once again, by the end of the day I was seeing results. What an Obedient Dog, and Rebecca are amazing. They shed light on how dogs think, how to relate/think like a pup, practice positive reinforcement and are always available to help address each pets particular nuances. I can't say enough great things about them. I will definitely be following up with her intermediate classes, CGC classes and testing and then service dog trainings. We were preparing to embark on a short 4-day trip but it would be the first time we had ever left our dogs behind and I was very nervous about finding a sitter/company that was a good fit for us. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. If you want your beloved pets taken care of DO NOT USE A PETCO GROOMER NAMED AIDEN…read more I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 PM appointment for a bath and a nail trim for my Beagle. AIDEN came through the store at about 1:50 and basically told me I would have to wait 10 more minutes so he could finish his lunch. After wandering around the store, I went back to the grooming area to see AIDEN trimming another dog's nails. AIDEN'S attitude was extremely dismissive and arrogant. He, AIDEN, has absolutely NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the way he, AIDEN, handled the little dachshund was VERY ROUGH. Needless to say, I was NOT going to let AIDEN touch my dog with a ten foot pole. He, AIDEN, is definitely in the WRONG JOB. He, AIDEN, is also FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. Remember and AVOID that name-AIDEN.
