My daughter had been taking her cats to this vet and due to the my awful week with dealing with…read morethem she will no longer be taking her cats to this veterinary office. Her cat had issues with throwing up alls they kept doing was give her medicine to help her to not throw up. I had to take her Monday March 16th they did bloodwork and they were supposed to do a X-ray but persisted she didn't need a X-ray sent me home with medication to help with throwing up. Wednesday Evening she threw up blood so Thursday back at the vet office to do the X-ray the vet comes in to talk to me saying she ate something like string, ribbon, or it maybe a tap worm. She needed surgery $1500 to $3000 so as anyone would do is want to get a second opinion we wanted X-rays sent to my vet office Lisa the office manager was rude to my daughter on the phone because she wanted the X-rays sent to my vet for a second opinion than she got up went to back room and talked loudly about show we wanted to send X-rays over to another vet office so a vet tech could look them over. heard and recorded everything she is not a nice person. My vet office finally got the X-rays and when they looked them over the called me and told me to get my cat and get her out of there that they are way over charging for a surgery. My vet did everything for free trying to save my daughter cats life. She was packed full of old food in her stomach and small & large intestines where full of fecal matter. My vet got her all flushed out but it was to late she passed away due to going septic. If cobblestone would have done there job My daughters cat would still be here. How we got treated was not right.

Two days later he was still no better so we took him back to the ER vet. After being bumped back by more urgent cases several times we called In The Pink. They were able to give us a same day, in office, appointment. Dr. Torres was wonderful. She did a thorough exam and blood test and said his problems were likely due to an infection. She prescribed a medication to enhance his appetite and an antibiotic. She was very concerned about his not eating and insisted we call the next day to assure her that he had begun eating again. A few hours after being given the appetite enhancer he came to us wanting to eat. We were so happy and were able to give him the antibiotic with food then. The next morning he woke early and was hungry and happy. It was so good to see his tail wagging again. We were happy that we were able to call Dr Torres and let her know he was eating and doing well. We are so thankful for Dr. Torres and the rest of the staff at In The Pink. God Bless Them!

PLEASE NOTE: This was a non Emergency situation…read more Yesterday I took my cat to Wilson's Veterinary after my local vet ran out of answers and recommended a specialist. It was our first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised they even offer Sunday appointments. We saw Dr. Garrett, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She reviewed his entire file before meeting us and actually listened to the details we shared about his behavior. We discussed a clear path forward, and he's now scheduled for surgery to have most of his teeth removed. I appreciate that this location has 18 veterinarians, several of whom specialize in dental care, and that they handle everything in-house, including blood work. So far, I'm very happy with the quality of care and professionalism at this veterinary hospital. I'll post a separate review after his surgery.

At 7pm it only moved to 7 pets in front of me. At that time I was told there was only one doctor, that should have been mentioned up front. At 9pm 3 pets if front of me because another doctor showed up. I understand that life threatening emergencies come first as my visit was not. I left at 11pm, fed up! It's 9am now, the next day, and my phone never rung to tell me that it was my turn for my dog to be seen. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I recently added my son's dog (9 yr old skin sensitive pittie mix) to their care and drive almost an hour to the office because we were getting ignored and got no answers locally. I knew that Doc & team would do everything possible to provide changes in care that made an instant difference in his comfort and keeping him healthy. Plus, he LOVES Mr. Glenn! I will never take my animals anywhere else! It's worth every $ spent and every minute in the car knowing that my family receives A+ care!

This was after multiple days of extreme heat and wildfire smoke in the area, so there were a lot of sick animals needing care. Though they were extremely busy, they immediately took my cat back to check his condition and, because he had a fever, got him comfortable on a cooling pad while we waited for an available room. During the time I waited in the lobby I watched the staff keep their cool in a very stressful situation. They were so incredibly kind to every pet parent who came through the door or called on the phone. They worked diligently the entire time I was there, to make sure every animal was being taken care of and every human was being comforted. My pet spent 2 nights and days at the hospital getting treatment and the staff was so kind every time I called up to check in. They were very understanding and compassionate. The doctor prescribed a mixture of antibiotics and other medications to continue treatment at home and my cat has now made a full recovery, with a clean blood test.

We've had to take our dogs here twice for eating things they aren't supposed to. They are beagles so it's a battle. Once it was chocolate. They induced vomiting, and we went home. It didn't take long. The second appointment was rough. My dog ate a bottle of my medication. He was having very scary symptoms, but they triaged him to a lower level when another dog came in with seizures. We were there around 6-8 hours, and they ended up keeping our pup overnight for observation and to give iv rx. It was really hard to be in the exam room for so long when given no information and worrying if our dog was going to die. I eventually assumed, well I guess he's going to live, if they are letting us sit around in the room this long without seeing the doctor. In the end, they have taken great care of our dogs and have to triage based on the volume and lack of any other hospital nearby. The price they quoted actually ended up being less than expected, and they refunded us money back. It's clear they care about people and pets.
