Price was very fair. Daren is very responsive and punctual. I sent him a text, he asked about the job, came by the next morning to take a look and fit me in 3 days later into his schedule. He came right at the time discussed. Best of all he does a "clean room" setup where he drapes the area in plastic so there's no dust from the job (photo attached). He's very detailed, took up the old underlying drywall tape and patched the entire area as needed. We decided after the first day that we needed another coat of paint so he agreed to come the next morning and finish the job. He did a small repatch to get the finish right and applied the last coat, no extra charge. Very professional and detailed, plus a really nice guy.

Rob, Marty and Pat... I cannot express how pleased we were with their tile removal and leveling…read moreservice they provided to us! My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work. Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas. After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done. When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him. Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best. He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done. The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates. Rob laid out the expectations up-front. He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job. the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring. In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches. We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected. We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring. Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process. Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors. When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away. While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work. Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion. They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY. Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism. Having our floors leveled was money well spent.

This guy is so "professional" he's psychic and "knows" no reputable contractor will be available in 4 days to give a quote. Guess I will test his brilliant theory. However, they keep retiring but Lee is still at it! He is everything you want with someone coming into your personal space to do repairs and incredibly friendly. We re-plumbed our house through the ceiling which produced 15 holes (with preserved original drywall), had a small roof leak, and some cracking in our walls. He erased any trace of them and filled in other little spots along the way. He came out and gave me a fair detailed estimate on the spot. He was able to start within 2 weeks. He provided a painter referral who has not yet painted but I have hired. The only thing he forgot to mention is that he only accepts check or Zelle, no credit cards.
