I would like to give my heartfelt gratitude for today's experience!…read more I'm a little clumsy sometimes. And dealing with immigration could be stressful. Today I finished my meeting at the office with the amazing officer I had. It went well, and I noticed on my way out back to the car my card was missing. I checked for many times in my bag and it just wasn't there. I really didn't want to, but I had to go back in, these gentlemen of security was so nice and kind to me and offered their helping hands without judging. I went to the office to talk to the front desk lady also, and was able to connect to the officer to see if I left my card. and at the end, they were able to sent me upstairs to check. Security walked with me after looking for the same officer I had, I felt so grateful and fortunate as me being a foreigner even I had lived here for years. The kindness and non judgmental treatment as I was able to receive. The end of story was, I didn't realized my card was with my passport haha. I was able to find it at the end finally after my tears came out(silly me I know). I appreciate their kindness of allowing me. When I get overwhelmed I do things like this. And I decided to share my experiences here and I appreciate them as much as I appreciate the appreciation I had today! Thank you! You guys are a great team!! Awhile back police came to my house because 1 of the kids in my house called them. It was in the…read morewee hours of the morning. I was sound asleep and awaken by police and 1st responders stomping through my house. I had no idea what was going on and in shock. They turned me into human services because I seemed like I didn't care. They judged me in a couple of minutes , I was in shock and trying to grasp what was going on. Scared to death. I mean what did they expect, to get woke up like that? Have a little feelings for people. Don't judge a person just because you can. I used to totally respect Littleton police and still do a few of them. But this was not okay.

They also told us the notary had not done the correct notarization and let us know there was a bank on the first floor that could help. The process once we got the correct notarization was easy. Checked in online and waited our turn and then waited for the documents to be done. Parking is on the street or in a parking garage.

On my way out past the door man, I realized that I didn't have my Jabra wireless headphones w/case (it has GPS with app). The staff helped me look all around and they were gone! We called the Blackhawk Police dep. 2 officers showed up quickly and took my statement. They then reviewed the cameras (everywhere in a casino) and identified the guy that grabbed them. He was an older guy sitting next to me (last guy you'd peg). They called and they threatened him with charges (guess they fell outta my pocket and he picked em up and put in his pocket). The guy returned them to the station next AM. I picked them up tonight. The Police HELPED ME!!!!! They were professional and helpful!

Employes are known to complain about the lack of windows. The single tall office building located inside the complex is a duplicate of the building which was destroyed in the Oklahoma city bombing... so that gives you an idea why there is so much security here! Security is provided by both the Federal Protective Service (FPS, a federal law enforcement agency) and a private contractor, DECO. All the security folks I've encountered have been polite and helpful, but your mileage may vary. Don't try to scale the fence.
