I am very pleased to share this A++ review for my new Locksmith, Mr. Antoine Saunders. I learned that Mr. Saunders' was offering assistance to families needing lock & key services amidst the pandemic. I needed a replacement key and transmitter for my family's push-to-start Nissan. Mr. Saunders was knowledgable and offered a factory replacement and included a custom cut valet key at a fair & competitive price. After booking, my schedule made it difficult for us to pin down a specific time, though Mr. Saunders kept in touch and offered to meet me wherever the car would be. Once our appointment was confirmed, he confirmed and met our vehicle within an hour of being notified. He was very professional, his service was akin to that of a luxury concierge or high-end dealership. Very thorough - he worked quickly, yet took extra measure to check the distance and signal strength for the new key device, and tested all of its functions (i.e. panic, trunk), along with the manual key that he made on-site. This was all contact-free and my receipt was issued instantly to my inbox. Class act. I recommend Mr. Saunders for any of your business or personal locksmith needs. read more

My lovely tenant and her daughter were jogging in the trail park the other day when unfortunate event happened: she lost her car key, and, did not have a spare at home. She made few calls looking for reasonably priced locksmith, unsuccessfully, the prices were very high. Until she called Veteran Mobile Locksmith, who saved her, lol! Antoine, who arrived to make her a new key was just a pleasure to do business with. Even though he ran into some issues while making the key which caused him extra time, he did not charge her extra, he honored the quoted price. Not only that, he explained to her what the issues were, with a smile on his face, which is hard to find these days, since most people would be annoyed and frustrated if they had to spend extra time on the job, time, that they didn't anticipate to spend. And I'm sure they would charge extra for that time as well. But not Veterans Mobile, which shows integrity. They deserve 5 stars, if not more. If you ever in need of Locksmith services look no further, call VeteransMobile Locksmith and ask for Antoine. read more

It was a pleasure working with Antoine. He came at 2am after a party event ended. First I had my friends trying to get the car open and they couldn't. So he came in 20 minutes and got my car open in no time! Then I looked in the car and realized the keys wasn't in there. He then proceeded to make the key on the spot. He then asked me about the remote and made that for me too!!! It was such a smooth experience for an emergency. I was completely at ease by the time he left. He was really a veteran too and my dad was also so it was cool talking to him. He was fast, social and affordable!! Thank you for helping me in the middle of the night. I also met with him today to get my brothers car key. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I called this gentlemen desperately looking for an affordable place to get my spare key replaced but everywhere was charging $350 and up. It was ridiculously insane. Until I reached this gentleman service. As soon as I called he knew exactly what I wanted and promised he would be at my house in 20 mins or so. He was no joke. Literally arrived in 20 mins maybe less and only took about 2 mins to make my spare key. It was very convenient because I didnt have to go out anywhere myself, he came straight to my house and wait was nothing. Definitely worth and and would recommend him over and over again. Great service. I tip my hat off to you. If I can give you more stars I would. read more

I was looking to have 3 keys made. One had to be cut and programmed with a remote/blank key I had already purchased. The second had to be cut and programmed and I didn't have the key. The third just needed to be cut, it was already programmed. Antoine came to my house and got the job done quickly. He was a such a pleasure to work with! Once he finished here, I had him go to my friends house to have his key made too. I was very impressed with but not surprised by his professionalism, he is a Veteran after all! Thank you Antoine for a job well done and for your service to our country. You are highly recommended to anyone needing a locksmith. read more

I contacted this locksmith 11/7/19 to replace a Nissan FOB (programming and cut key). Received very pleasant greeting from owner and army vet, Antoine. Received best price around and commitment to arrive at my home (mobil service) within the 2.5 hours as agreed upon. Service was outstanding with no hassle and mobil service is extremely convenient. I must say the whole experience was very pleasant, the way I like to do business. I will gladly return to this locksmith if other service is needed. I highly recommend this business to anyone and suggest you make a call if needed- - worth checking out. Fred Hicksville, NY read more

Antoine at Veteran Mobile Locksmith is awesome. He is polite and was the least expensive locksmith i found to replace my lost key fob AND he came to my house which made it so much easier for me. Additionally when he came to my house to replace the lost key fob, there was an unanticipated issue with my car which he also fixed at no additional charge! I would 100% use Antoine again as well as recommend him to friends. read more

I was living in West Babylon until last month and had become locked out of my apartment TWICE. Both times I received quick calls back with prompt and very capable service. Couldn't beat the price too as some competitors were outrageous to slightly higher with longer wait times for service. Antoine was very personable and reliable. Highly recommend. read more
