More recently, we set up a service appointment for our two propane fireplaces, and let them know beforehand about a particular part we knew needed to be replaced. We waited about a month for the appointment, and finally at the end of the day, we called to ask why the service person had not appeared. We were told that he did not come because they did not have the part we had asked about one month before. We asked to have the owner call us, but we never heard from him. Needless to say, we have found another company to assist us with our heating service needs. Not recommended.
