Ian arrived and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable with both appliances. He convinced me that our oil furnace was in great shape (did not need replacement) and completed our tankless water heater installation, which looks great. The water heater was a bit complicated, as we moved it from a closet on the first floor down into the basement. Ian did excellent work and is great to work with. Since then, we have only requested Ian and are willing to wait until he has an opening rather than hire anyone else. Highly recommend Ian for installations and service.
