Estimates for timing of work were realistic and they successfully pushed to complete the job by the deadline they had promised us, despite the fact that we had added additional work in the interim. Costs were estimated accurately and transparently documented for us on a weekly basis, so there were no surprises, and subcontracts were cost-effective and well supervised. The pond filled up naturally and is spring fed and this year will look absolutely gorgeous once summertime hits. TJ was really courteous and did the entire project well within budget. Ginny, from Breakwater, communicated with me throughout the project and never left me in the dark of what was happening. The workers were courteous & kept the job site clean, which I really appreciated, especially coming home from working all day.
