The *only* difficulty I had was with the seamstress. She seemed to know what she was doing, but should've been more communicative with certain things, including showing us how to bustle my dress. My maid of honor was kinda brushed to the side and not taught, and our photographers who have bustled hundreds of dresses couldn't even figure out how it worked because it was much different than any they had seen. TL/DR: Great customer service from Patti, but the seamstress could be a little more patient and communicate better. Be sure she shows you how to bustle and you'll be all set!

Attendants were helpful, courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied w/ my laundry/dry cleaning. When I had a question, the manager was professional, listened to my concern and addressed me in a respectful manner. It's nice to know, that all 'Pro Clean' establishments are NOT corporate stores (independently owned from one another).

The attendant was rude not helpful at all and basically acted like it was no big deal. No sorry no anything. They may be dry clean, but don't tester washer and dryers and definitely don't ask for any help.

I was mistaken (minus the thick accent part). The location itself could be considered a bit "janky" but honestly, it adds to the character of the place. What I thought: The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. He even gave my friend a few tips about wearing a suit. He is a bit of a chatty person but not in a creepy way. It is about 10 bucks to hem pants wich isn't bad for next day service. My (former) tailor in Flint charged me less but his attitude alone is enough to get me to ay a couple extra dollars for better, friendlier, service. My recommendation: Of the two places I have been for tailor services, this is the best. Don't be a rude customer and you will be treated very well.
