Their roof washing solution absolutely destroyed all the painted surfaces outside my home including the trim and surface of an extensive back deck. Everything turned green. Also bleached the mulch in my front beds. Workers ignored continued to spray the roof even after I pointed it out. They tried to clean it up with paint thinner when I called the owner. It's well documented that organic material in most outdoor house paint reacts and discolors when exposed to bleach if you do your research. However, the owner was absolutely dumbfounded as if this had never happened before. He completely ghosted after the fact on remedying the problem. Initial estimate visit canceled by "Jon" day of appointment. Rescheduled visit for 8/8/25 with "Jon." directly. " Jon" was a "No Show" for visit at 4pm. Called office about 4:30pm and Jon answered stating he thought appointment was at 5pm (after they close). He arrived shortly before 5pm. No apologies. He brought no written information. As of today 8/15/25 we have not received requested copy of insurance, estimate for services, or requested references. We have found a more responsive company that has shown an interest in our concerns and business from our first contact with them. read more

A while ago I called for an estimate and was given an appointment. When he didn't show up at the time scheduled I called and there was no answer. I tried two more times and no answer. when I tried the fourth time he picked up and he told me he got delayed and would be here shortly. When he still didn't show up I called and was told he was on his way. He didn't show up so I called again and was told he came and there was no one home. Meanwhile I had been had been waiting all day, which is what I told him, and he said he couldn't come back and if we could reschedule. Of course I believe in "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Oct 22nd: I reached out to Vesta Wash after searching for a Christmas lights installer. I spoke with a lady on the phone who took my information down and what I was looking for. I sent her photos as well. She said Tim would get in touch with me as well as email me a quote shortly. Oct 23rd 1pm: I didn't hear back, so I reached out to her via text and asked whether I should expect a call by that Friday. She confirmed and said "Yes, I gave him all your information and he will be contacting you sometime this week. He's actually out doing a job today but you should hear from him by Friday" Oct 25th: No call, no email. Nov 2nd (Today): Still not contact. I text her and let her know I have not heard from Tim and that I was hoping to hear something to compare quotes. Luckily, after reading reviews on Yelp and FB, I have decided not to purse anything with them. I don't like having to chase a business around to take my money. The lack of communication and follow up is unprofessional. It's been almost 2 weeks. I would say steer clear of this company. read more

Vesta Wash was referred to me by my realtor. The work was done in a timely manner and in most areas were done well. However, a small sub-roof on the first floor rear did not appear to be done. I contacted the sales person with whom I contracted the work and sent pictures to see that there was a significant difference between this sub-roof and the rest of the roof. I also contacted their office personnel with the same picture. I have received no follow up to this point and it has been about 3 weeks. I would not recommend this contractor and am disappointed with the lack of follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. read more

Highly unprofessional. They "cleaned" my gutters by taking a few scoops of leaves in a few areas and throwing it on my patio. There was more debris in the gutter, however, than on my patio. The worker didn't bring even a trash bag. We initially refused payment. They came back again and the result was not much better, and the owner and manager were not interested in resolving. Highly recommend this company! I worked with them a month ago to get my roof cleaned. The owner's son, Brian, came to my house to perform an estimate and he was professional and knowledgeable. These people, Tim and his son, are crooks. They were contracted to do our home, showed up a week late. Didn't finish the job and forced my wife to pay them while I was at work. It was difficult to schedule with this team, and It was a little annoying o get a hold of them to schedule. Once work was completed I was happy with the results. The team threw in cleaning my shed and that was a plus. Overall good work. Care was was requested and taken with sensitive shrubbery. One thing I do suggest that was not pointed out. The bleach in the solution and the aftermath odor can be overwhelming inside the house even with windows closed. I have a parrot that could have perished for the strong eyewatering smell. Had I known the risk, I would have take steps to secure animal and myself. The results though made for the difference. But I do suggest that this provider add that to their list to inform clients. The results on my stucco chimney were nothing short of amazing. All the black is gone and it looks great. The vinyl siding came clean as well with not a hint of green mildew. The weren't so good at on time arrival but the memory of the additional wait was quickly erased when I saw the finished clean home. Leonard was one of my guys and he and his partner did a great job. Siding fairly clean, but roof a disappointment, and that was after their return to "touch-up." Also many flowering plants damaged, and they'd assured me that wouldn't happen. My recommendation? Use the time proven, good old fashioned power washing method; just be sure you deal with someone reputable...and who might actually care. read more

Had a scheduled cleaning for October 2nd, the team no-showed. When I called Jon, he said "No one called you to tell you that we are not coming?" Then a women from the office called me to reschedule for 10/18/19 at 1pm... again no one showed up. I called the office at 1:30pm and the women said to me "Let me call the crew and find out what time that they will be there....". It has been a week, no one EVER called me back! Tim and his workers were vvery nice but we were very unsatisfied with end results. Many of the shrubs around our property were damaged. There were still stains left on the stucco which we were told would be removed. I called several times to see if they could come back out but felt like they kept putting us off- telling us they would stop when they were in the area again. My roof and siding has never looked better. I live in an area with old-growth trees, so removing the moss and algae is important, as is the fact that they do not power wash. Instead, they use a solution that kills the moss without harming your shrubs and plants. The company is very easy to work with, they do a good job, and I highly recommend them. read more
