Who called me once and I was working I missed the call I finally called when I could. His first comment was I called you twice... me ok I don't see that on my phone. We first started going here several years ago when we bought our first pool from them. As first time pool owners, they were fabulous at walking us through everything and setting us up for success. Fast-forward to this past June. A very brief tornado went through our neighborhood, but it was strong enough to destroy our pool. They were absolutely wonderful helping us through the process of getting a quote for the insurance company and lining up people to get the replacement pool put up quickly so that we could have a pool for the rest of the summer. I can't say enough about the people here. They are truly wonderful. I only wish they were closer. As a typical Rhode Islander, Coventry is a hike, so we try to only go up once or twice a year...
