Other companies either insisted on sending someone to the site or they provided a ridiculously broad and expensive cost range. This was not the case with Allroads Overhead Garage Doors and Jonathan. After learning what I was looking for, he not only provided the cost, he was willing to schedule the work promptly but did not pressure me to decide on the spot. Upon arrival, I quickly learned that Jonathan is VERY knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explained how the entire system works and how we can extend the life of our system with proper cleaning and lubricating. Then, BEFORE installing the opener that we agreed to, HE cleaned & serviced the system and lubricated the door hinges and roller tracks explaining that he "didn't want to sell and install a new opener on a door that wasn't going to operate smoothly."
