The location has easy parking. The office is bright and clean. The second part is really a shout-out to the staff. While I was in for my last draw, a homeless man can in. He was polite and requested to use the phone as he was homeless and wanted to call his family for some assistance. It was 95f outside. He showed some signs of dehydration. The manager of the facility came out and said, of course. He used the phone, said thank you. The staff offered him some cold water bottles before he left. They also called 911 as they were worried about his safety. Police arrived shortly after to just check him out. They called the EMTs to check him as well and we were able to see that they took him to the hospital. Many places would have just said No and told the person to go elsewhere. The staff at this location really showed they cared about the people and their community.

She examined everything very thorougly and was able to explain the exact problem, how to treat it, and how to prevent it going forward. She was very methodical with her tests, I could tell she never leaves a stone unturned and looks at every possible cause of injury. If i ever have foot problems again, I will go back to her without question.

After these early bad experiences, it was such a relief to find Dr. Florence! She is everything you want a doctor to be. When she took me on as a patient, it was a full-out commitment. She had my back from the first day until... until, sadly for me, she left Chicago. Her dedication and professionalism are exemplary, and you Wisconsin folk are lucky to have her now. I stopped…read moregoing to this particular location mainly because of the rude hostile-like treatment from receptionist Nicole. At first Nicole came across as friendly. However, once I had to reschedule an appointment she became annoyed, agitated, rude, and very hostile-like to the point of threatening multiple times to report me to the Workman's Comp adjuster. She even continued to schedule when I had specifically stated that I was following up with the doctor to relocate physical therapy to another location because of continued pain and discomfort.
