I highly recommend Center for Pelvic Wellness! After I gave birth my back was killing me. I…read morewaited about 7 months before going to the doctor because I was a bit overwhelmed with new momhood :) It had gotten to the point where it hurt so bad I could barely get out of bed and had to pull myself up clinging to the side of the crib. I went to a back dr. and had an mri and he said it was my sacroiliac joint causing the pain. He recommended Center for Pelvic Wellness and I made the appointment right away. My PT was one of the owners, Shannon, and I absolutely adore her! She knew exactly what to do and my back started feeling better after a couple of treatments. She gave me new exercises to add each week and those, coupled with her myofascial release/massage (I believe that's what it's called) and very gentle adjustments, have been wonderful. Don't be scared off when I say adjustments....this is not at all the same thing as what chiropractors do. It was very subtle, intentional and gentle but it made a huge difference. Shannon is a total sweetheart too! She's not only smart and incredibly skilled but she makes you feel totally at ease. I've also met the other owner, Josephine, and she's really sweet as well. I was walking out of a session one day at the same time as another client and the client told me when she started she could barely walk into the first appointment. She said she lives really far away and couldn't understand why her dr. wanted her to drive so far to do physical therapy...but once she started with this group she totally understood and loves them too. It's so difficult to find quality service, friendly service AND skilled service all in one place but I found it here and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks Shannon, you're the best!!!

Almost 20 years after I was a passenger in a life-threatening car accident, my healing journey…read morebrought me to my parents' chiropractor, Dr. Robert Rhey. I had been suffering from worsening right calf pain for more than five years that mainly disturbed my sleep. I had tried many functional solutions including OTC sleep aids, NSAIDS, diet changes, supplement changes and whatever gel or cream promised relief. When compensating for my calf pain led to left knee pain, I finally sought a mechanical solution in chiropractic. I was on his chiropractic exam table for less than 10 minutes before he saw what doctors, physical therapists, a podiatrist and, because I have traveled for business, other chiropractors have either missed or misdiagnosed as the complete opposite. After Dr. Rhey adjusted me, I slept through the night for the first time in years! While Dr. Rhey is an excellent chiropractor, he offers other mechanical therapies for musculoskeletal pain that may be the result of years of untreated degradation. I have taken advantage of the massage therapy, custom orthotics, and spinal decompression. I have found these therapies ease any pain between adjustments and help the adjustments last longer. Actually, he and his massage therapist are a good team! She tells me WHERE I need to stretch and he recommends HOW I should stretch so I don't aggravate my situation further. Dr. Rhey also practices functional medicine and can give recommendations for supplements or diet changes while a patient's body is healing. You can tell that he cares about his patients and wants to promote their general well-being. Hands down, Dr. Rhey wins the award for the least amount of hands-on time to the most improvement!

I found PIM through my physiatrist and I have had a fantastic experience. I have a unique point of…read moreview in that I am a Physical Therapist myself and have been an on and off life long patient with different medical practices. Cindy and her team have expertise in treating the whole body. It all works together so even if you have an arm injury it is connected to your shoulder and neck and they will make sure everything is working at its best. I have significant medical issues that require me to be in rehabilitation on and off, and the older I get the more I feel how getting "put back together" means to my life. I recommend this practice highly and have told other doctors I know about it. I have even referred family members and they have been extremely happy. As a patient in pain/injury and as a colleague, I recommend Power In Motion at the highest level there is.

I've been a patient for several years. I started using PIM's services because I had been to another…read morePT for 17 sessions and had not experienced relief. After ONE visit with Cindy, my relief was immediate, long-term, and I didn't need any more sessions. Over the years, because I actively use my body swimming, horseback riding, that-was-a-mistake-electronic-bull-riding, and having other adventures, I have been blessed to be able to return to this facility to have my body put back into working condition quickly and efficiently. You will truly appreciate how in one session (which will probably feel like nothing is happening), you can get up and either immediately or shortly thereafter feel back to your regular self. There are times that I have needed multiple sessions. Same results. Whether you need one or more sessions due to your own physical adventure, have faith. you will feel better. Listen to what they tell you to do and get back to living life again.

It got bad and started to go down my right arm. I heard about chiropractors and decided to look around. I lucked out with these guys. Im a little over halfway through all my sessions and I can say they do work! I don't feel any pain anywhere anymore. It's crazy mad science I think lol. The doc is great/knowledgeable when I got my assessment and knew what I needed done. The staff are friendly and always willing to strike up a conversation to make you feel more at ease and at "home". I did shop around before landing on this place and they were the more affordable option for me. My wife goes to different place and pays 3x as much. She said she wished she chose this place instead. Better believe I'll be coming back here if I have any other pains down the line. Highly Recommended!

I was under impression he was a chiropractor who would adjust my back just like my regular chiropractor did today. I had both hips and one knee replacement. Dr.Reed said the reason my hips and knee is bad is because of my back. Both my surgeon and my regular doctor and chiropractor said the opposite, the reason my back hurt is because of my alignment from my replacement joints, which makes sense! seems like to me he's all about money and not about helping people!
