We came to eat at 1140 on a Thursday and our server was nothing but rude. We ordered 2 different breadsticks that seemed to take a while to come out and then we ordered 3 pizzas, a slice of pizza for my daughter and a salad. An hour after we got our breadsticks two of the pizzas came out. We asked how much longer for the third and the server said it was cooking. I asked if I could get my daughters slice of pizza so she could eat and the salad. The server very rude stated she only had two hands. I only asked about the salad and slice to make sure we weren't waiting until the other pizza was done to get it. We also had to ask for our check after 15 minutes of just sitting around. 4 different tables who came in after us had eaten and left before we even got our food. I heard great things about this place but after my experience we will not be back. I did not catch our servers name because she never gave it but she was wearing a shirt that said hot poop which I don't think is appropriate either. If you want to eat here then I recommend a slice already cooked and leaving. It's not worth the time. read more

Came for a slice the other day, was super hot so I let it cool down, however by the time it had cooled down it had somehow managed to fuse with the paper plate it was served on so I wound up eating some paper. Still pretty good dig the sauce and how greasy it was. Oh ya I also was informed the day after by my friend who works there that I had probably been exposed to covid and should get tested as one of their hostesses tested positive but they are not informing the public and were not even planning on informing employees. I've eaten here often. I am sad that the service has deteriorated since giving up the affiliation with Veracci. We enteted the restaurant at 8:15, 45 minutes before closing time, we're told they were estimating a 20-25 minute wait, but that they closed in "35-40" minutes and weren't willing to guarantee they could get us in. Just about any chance I have to get away from the chain pizza restaurants I will take. The most recent one we tried was Versalia Pizza in Liberty Lake. The pizza and salads are quite good, and the atmosphere (especially out on the patio on a warm summer day) is a delight. I'd really like to give this place more stars because the food was so delicious, but unfortunately I must rate on the service. The main problem for me was that there was a hair in my salad. FYI I am bald, so this was definitely not my hair. I'm easygoing, so I was just going to continue eating my salad. But my aunt and dad thought they should at least know about it, so we called them over and they offered to get me a new salad. I said sure. Problem solved... Until the bill came. They charged us for two salads. The whole premise of customer service is trust, and they broke that. Plus, this is just Customer Service 101. If there is a hair in your customer's food, you comp it. Best pizza I've ever had! A slice of pizza is on the pricier side but it's so large that it's equivalent to 2 slices. The ingredients are quality and the crust incredible- light, a little crunchy, not too thin or too thick. The pepperoni is large but thinly sliced which works incredibly well for maximum pepperoni coverage. They have speciality pizzas I have yet to try but the next two on my list is the bacon and brussel sprouts pizza and the sausage arugala. Per my friend's recommendation I ordered the apple gorgonzola salad which was so refreshing and delicious. It had thin apple slices, a wonderful vinaigrette of some sort, fresh greens, gorgonzola crumbles, and candied walnuts. Stop in, you won't regret it! read more

I love a good fired pizza and Veraci had me blown away. I first encountered them at a Farmer's Market and I really loved the char on the bottom of the pizza. I had the classic pepperoni and my dining partner had the cheese. There was a limited selection because it was in a food truck setting, but that is to be expected. They were super friendly to us even though they were very busy. The pizza was incredible! My dining partner talked about them even hours later. The crust was almost like a Naan type bread and was moist yet chewy and perfectly thin. The toppings were of the highest quality and they had excellent seasoning on top of each huge slice. The slices also had a perfect blend of cheese and just the right amount of it, too. I will definitely be stopping by their standing location when I am on that side of town. read more

Interior is spacious with great views. Thin crust pizza fired in an oven. You can taste the char on the crust which I find enjoyable. Slices are available for a handful of pizzas and the rest are sold whole. I like the variety of pizzas they offered and went with their fresh mushroom slice. Cheese to crispy crust ratio was great. I thought that the amount of mushrooms was just okay though. Maybe if they were shaved thinner and covered more of the slice I'd be more satisfied, but I can't knock it too much. Their sauce was flavorful and there was enough of it to actually taste it. Grease drippings on my plate were more than desired, but you can't have good pizza without it being somewhat greasy. We had their hummus plate which was tasty. Fresh veggies, tomatoes and crusty bread. Hummus was legit. It had a strong punch of garlic. Service was excellent. Very nice staff. I gave this review 2 stars because the pizza did look and smell amazing. It's just too bad we never got to try it. Our party of 3 admittedly came in at an expectedly busy time on a Saturday night. It was a gorgeous evening so we asked to be seated on the patio, fully aware that would add time to our wait. After waiting 45 minutes we were finally led to our table...inside, nowhere near a window even. I informed our server that we had requested the patio to which she replied, "I just thought you wouldn't want to wait any longer." Not 5 minutes later we watched them seat another party outside. Okay, fine, power though. Even thought the narrow bench I was seated on was the most uncomfortable restaurant seating I've ever experienced, making my bad back even worse. Oh, but that pizza would be worth the wait, right? Well, 30 minutes after we had placed our order and the server came to inform us that they had lost our ticket and were just starting our pizzas. Now, I grew up in the restaurant business and I know things can go wrong. I get that. What I don't get was that the next words out of her mouth weren't something like, "So we'd like to make it up to you by...(fill in the blank)." I even waited to give her a chance to make it right, but nothing. Just another wait. With that we left the establishment and 10 minutes later I was standing in Papa John's, and 10 minutes after that was walking out with my pizzas. This is wordy enough, but I just want to make a disclaimer. Some time ago I decided that it really isn't fair to business proprietors for someone to be dissatisfied with their product and service and to write a scathing Yelp review without at least approaching them and giving the the chance to make things right. The pizza here is so fantastic. The crust...that amazingly crispy layer of perfection that is perfectly complemented by tasty toppings. The sausage is spicy, the cheese is perfectly melted and the sauce is zesty. Lo and behold they also offer gluten-free pizza crust! Now I can bring any one I want for pizza and we'll all leave happy. I love dining on the patio in the summer months with the view of the river. Their indoor seating is great too and they have a tiny little bar as well. As someone with a serious celiac gluten allergy their gluten free pizza is delicious... only catch is sometimes I still get sick from dirty rollers, dirty flour counters, etc. If they could EVER make an allergy friendly station in their kitchen to use clean rollers, toppings, cutters, etc. You would find me there every other night. For us, this is it! I don't even eat pizza anymore unless it's from this place. It's a little pricey, but the ingredients are great. The pepperoni isn't greasy and I just think it's perfect.
