I witnessed a server drop something on the floor, grab a cloth from the bucket and clean the floor. Then, she returned the cleaning cloth to the bucket. Moments later, another server used the same cloth to clean tables! The health department would have a hissy fit if they saw this. Worse, when I mentioned this to the manager, he was indifferent. I know he understood me, he just didn't care. If the manager is so indifferent to such an obvious health hazard, I can't fathom what goes on in the kitchen. El Mexicano is a "one and done" for us.
