Meirilene is professional, respectful, thorough, and very attentive to my preferences. I also really appreciate her transparency with pricing. Her rate can change if the regular four-week cleaning schedule is extended, but she communicates that clearly, which I think is completely reasonable. There is naturally a difference in the time and effort required to clean a home after four weeks versus going much longer between cleanings. Meirilene also works with a partner who does an excellent job with those difficult-to-reach areas, and together they do a really thorough job. Another thing that really stands out is her communication. Meirilene has always been incredibly responsive when I need to adjust my schedule. If she's running late because she's coming from another client's home, she lets me know. She's also very open to doing things according to my preferences, which I really appreciate.
