They did their thing and then told me my air filter cabin was cracked, insisted I should buy an air filter through them. I told the guy there's no point changing the filter until I get the cabin itself fixed. Well the next day my car starts leaking oil everywhere and they call me 3 times insisting I come back for the filter I never wanted. I ended up taking it to Kal tire and paying for another oil change, they tell me the pan plug was left half screwed on and it was leaking everywhere because it wasn't tightened properly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE

We remembered there was a motorhome parked right near where we had our visit with Jeff at Rosman's early that morning, so we stopped back in on our way home. He showed us the motorhome they had there, and we ended up buying it! Over the years, we've had several different campers, travel trailers and this is our first Motorhome. I called Mike Rossman RV…read moreService Department and was told that they will not accept warranty work on trailers that they have not sold. Northwood recommended them as an authorized dealer for Northwood products. The service manager said that they have found repairs to Schwinteck slide systems to be difficult because Lippert (the manufacturer) is very difficult to deal with. We still have a full warranty but they refused to accept our warranty claim. We called the head of the Northwood warranty department and he seemed quite upset (appropriately so) and said he would look into this. This experience has been a stain on the reputation of Mike Rossman RV and we will never go there again

I have a family member in the Auto repair business, and he said that I was charged a very fair amount for the repair service that was provided for me. The work was done at a professional level. Also Mike's explanation of the work provided, was clear and concise. Mike takes the time to ask if you would like to see all the work that was done, puts the vehicle back on the hoist and walks you through all the work. That is old school professionalism at it's best!!! Mike should open a school and teach other up coming mechanic's the art of how to run a repair shop!!! We feel very lucky. We were not familiar with the area. It was a holiday (July 1st) and never expected anyone to be working but when we arrive Mike started to work on our vehicle shortly after. 3 hours later and a few parts sourced out. ( lucky that Lordco had the parts) (thank you Leah for picking them up) we were on the road again. We travelled another 450 klm's and arrived home with no more trouble. Just a side note, this was not an easy fix. Water pump, various pullies and a new belt. AND no appointment. Mike is an amazing mechanic and good person to know.
