After going back to Ralph to get ti fixed he fixed the front speakers but in the process of doing so made the back speakers start to buzz. After spending over $1100 on a speaker system i hear buzzing all day. Ralph was unaware of ground loop isolators and said that might be the issue but refuses to fix it. After bringing it back to him he said he was not happy with amount of time he spent on my vehicle and implied he was angry of the install and said it was not his problem. We had agreed on a price to get the speakers in and working and he has not fulfilled his part of the bargain. If i could back in time i would have 100% brought my business to andreas electronics i would advise against using Ralph i don't think he is up to date with some of the new technology and may need to consider retiring.

I camp in my SUV so now I have to work around this stupid thing. Secondly, they installed the radio incorrectly so that I couldn't pick up any radio stations. I went back to them a couple times to talk about this, with absolutely ZERO resolution. More of a shrug of the shoulders I would say. I took my vehicle to their competitor and the radio issue was fixed in under a half hour. A piece of wire was touching it so it wasn't grounding properly. Let's just say that if I ever need any more vehicle electronics work, it will NOT be this company who gets my business. I dropped $1000 there and when I was unhappy, I was ignored.

My class was with some insane fucking loud indstalls. I had acouple of friends to back this story. me the lone andres was up first I hit 179.9db. they were checking the mic, and you couldnt get any advice it was a rule. evryone panic'd and was fucking with gains and shit. No one even came close. i didn have to do a second run but fuck it.167db. I won te whole thing and the prize was $2000 and a trophy, but because they had sound off's that i didnt enter or even know about. i got gift certificate to whole cares. noboday wanting to sit in the back when we drove was satisfaction enough. I went there to improve the sound system of my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt. They recommended sound proofing…read moreand new speakers. They stated the soundproofing would dramatically improve the sound system. Their Quote came to $2400 , and I decided to have them do the work. I drove after picking the car up and noticed very little noise reduction at highway speed. I phoned to let them know and was told that was the first time a customer wasn't happy with their work. They suggested a road test to evaluate if it could be corrected. I went back a few weeks later and after the road test they said the problem was the rubber insulation around the doors, not the soundproofing. The sound in my car is slightly better, mostly because of the new speakers, and I am very disappointed with their soundproofing job and certainly do not think it was worth the $2200 I had to pay.
