Dayton was absolutely amazing and we would love to recommend these guys for anyone in the area needing new tyres etc! Absolutely 5 star service!!

Bought a 2000 dollar 2.5 evo lift kit for my 2018 jl wrangler 2 door. Was looking for installer on…read morejeep web page when they approached me and gave me a price of just shy off 600 for install. Waited 8 hours and when finaly done he never installed chip from kit to let my jeep know I have larger tires. Then installer was so upset he told me my lift was shit and I got nothing but attitude. Left upset , drove back to penticton with a terible death wobble and pulling to one side when I braked, I have never experienced this wobble or pulling before, I mean the jeep is only 2 years old. Took to my mechanic the next day and they never tightened all the front end bolts or secured brake lines.sway bar was loose. No alignment was done because they said they are a tire shop and do lift installs and they don't have an alignment machine,(wow it took a bit to prosses that statement) Back axle had to be moved over and after all this I had to pay for an alignment.. I asked for them to pay for these added costs and got a nasty email telling me no. He said he never put electronic part in because I had 32 inch tires on, I reminded him I was getting a lift so I can install 35 inch tires , but rude again. The installers never used plastic for my seats when they drove it and I found a cigarette but on my spare tire.. cost me almost the cost of the install to get a mechanic to fix there horrible job.. I could easily sue them and would winn hands down with paperwork from mechanic who fixed my jeep and there nasty email to me saying they are not paying to fix anything. But not going to bother with a long battle over a few hundred dollars so if I could help someone from using this company its worth it. never use these guys keep shopping.

A few months back I had my brakes and rotors replaced for less than $800. In terms of pricing,…read moreAutoplace is the most reliable and affordable car repair shop in Kelowna. Every other estimate I had received was over $1,200! All of the workers were incredibly helpful and time efficient. Just a couple of days ago, one of my headlights went out. I purchased the bulb and attempted to put it in myself, but had no luck. Once 5 pm hit, I knew I had close to no chance of getting my headlight fixed before commuting to work early in the morning. With the 30 minutes I had, I drove over to Autoplace and asked them if they could replace the bulb for me. Although there was only 10 minutes until closing, Autoplace took in my vehicle and had the headlight replaced in no time. Once I offered to pay, Autoplace did not accept payment. Because of their incredible quick service, cleanliness and hospitality, I will be recommending Autoplace in the future and plan on using them for all of my other car needs. Thank you Autoplace!!

Easter long weekend I was up in Kelowna visiting with family and on the Sunday, after taking my…read moregrandma to church, my check engine light came on. Me, being me, I started to panic a little as I had to drive back down to the lower mainland so I could go to work the next day. I called around to a few different places but all were closed except for Autoplace. When I called the gentleman was very friendly and told me I could drive right over. When I got there he did a check engine light scan and turns out one of my cylinders was misfiring. He checked a few things but wasn't able to tell if it was misfiring or not. There is no discernable vibration etc. While checking over my car he also took a look at my oil and put window washing fluid in. At the end it was safe to drive back home AND he didn't charge me a cent. I offered as he did me a solid. If I could have stayed in town and had my car serviced there I totally would. As I promised him, I am getting a full diagnosis from a highly recommended place in the Lower Mainland and if my girl needs work, I'll have them do it.
