I thought that was fine not a problem. The repair person was originally set for Wednesday. Finally, I called late Wednesday afternoon to see what had happened and I was told that he would be able to schedule for Thursday or Friday. On Friday I called again and was told that I should plug the fridge in and then he would come on Saturday to see what happens with the fridge overnight. I did that and on Saturday afternoon, he cam to look at the fridge. He was here for about 5 min. He told me that there is probably something blocking the fluid going through the coil. What I should do is to unplug it and let it cool. Then I was supposed to tap along the coil to see if I could unblock the blockage. He called this fix a "Hail Mary". In the meantime, I wrote a check for 131.00. I tried to call him for the next couple of days but never did get a return phone call. I really found that this was a gross overpayment for really no repair or help with the fridge at all. I really felt that I was taken advantage of and was ripped off and still have no fridge In my van. I have since then called around to other repair shops and after explaining the problem, they told me it was probably the coil. I just felt that KEYSTONE RV could have been helpful over the phone and not have wasted my time, and money on a bogus repair scheme.

I have a family member in the Auto repair business, and he said that I was charged a very fair amount for the repair service that was provided for me. The work was done at a professional level. Also Mike's explanation of the work provided, was clear and concise. Mike takes the time to ask if you would like to see all the work that was done, puts the vehicle back on the hoist and walks you through all the work. We feel very lucky. We were not familiar with the area. It was a holiday (July 1st) and never expected anyone to be working but when we arrive Mike started to work on our vehicle shortly after. 3 hours later and a few parts sourced out. ( lucky that Lordco had the parts) (thank you Leah for picking them up) we were on the road again. We travelled another 450 klm's and arrived home with no more trouble.
