We turned on the furnace, but only the fan would run and no heat was coming out. We were referred to Citation RV in Kamloops and arrived there a couple hours later. We checked in at the front desk and the woman took our info and said Clay would meet us out back. We waited out back a few minutes and Clay showed up and asked us to turn on the furnace. We no heat was coming out he placed the handle of his razor knife over 1/2 of the furnace exhaust and viola the furnace/heat kicked on. He said he had seen the many times as it is a manufacture defect- they won't admit!! He cut a washer in half and placed it in the end of the furnace exhaust to test it- it worked perfectly. Clay then welded it permanently in place and tested it a final time. It worked great and our furnace worked the rest of our trip. We were out of there in little more than an hour!! I would not hesitate to take my rv there again in the future and recommend them with the highest rating. Super service at a reasonable price. Thanks again Citation RV!! Mike & Jim

We were on the first days of our vacation pulling our…read moretrailer when everything started to go wrong, the fridge wasn't working, the hot water heater wasn't working....and we had 2 weeks in our trailer ahead of us....! We were leaving Radium and heading for the Shuswaps and I called up Tri-Crown to see if we could stop in and have it looked at. John was incredibly accomodating, even though they were already very busy, and let us know that even if we got into town after hours, he would make sure to stick around to take a look at it. We made it in during the afternoon, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it up and we were on our way in no time. I can't say enough about how kind and informative and helpful John was. I wish that we lived in BC so that we could use their services on a regular basis! If you need anything at all, RV and trailer related, there is no better place than here.

He told me the possible outcomes and the possible costs. I took my car in just before noon and it was ready by late afternoon. We told him what we were looking for, they had the right length we wanted, but not the particular lay out. we ended up talking with him for half a hour, and we carried on with our search. No one seemed to have anything close to what we wanted. We remembered there was a motorhome parked right near where we had our visit with Jeff at Rosman's early that morning, so we stopped back in on our way home. He showed us the motorhome they had there, and we ended up buying it! Over the years, we've had several different campers, travel trailers and this is our first Motorhome. I own a 2022 Nash 26N which requires some warranty work on the slide. I called Mike Rossman RV…read moreService Department and was told that they will not accept warranty work on trailers that they have not sold. Northwood recommended them as an authorized dealer for Northwood products. The service manager said that they have found repairs to Schwinteck slide systems to be difficult because Lippert (the manufacturer) is very difficult to deal with. We still have a full warranty but they refused to accept our warranty claim. We called the head of the Northwood warranty department and he seemed quite upset (appropriately so) and said he would look into this. This experience has been a stain on the reputation of Mike Rossman RV and we will never go there again
