It's been a great, dependable vehicle - it's never left me stranded. Chris takes the time to explain what needs to be done maintenance wise, what can wait, and is always respectful when he has to explain and inform non-mechanically minded customers like me. After dropping the vehicle off and paying $125 + tax for the 1 hr smoke test, I find out that they did NOT in fact run the smoke test they just charged me for a standard diagnostic test. Not what I asked for and not what they agreed to do. After calling back asking why there wasn't a smoke test done, the mechanic mansplained to me a bit but didn't actually come up with an answer except 'I didn't need to'. So now so have no idea if there are leaks in my vacuum line. FML. Maybe if your a man they will listen to you, but that was not my experience.
