My wife and I are senior citizens from Victoria travelling in our Isata 3 when our slide out would nt retract fully. Called just about all RV repair services in the area and finally drove into Mikes. The service manager Therron took the time to personally assess the problem and called on Caleb one of the technicians to fix what was a complicated issue. The repair was carried out promptly and expertly requiring specialized expertise. We cannot thank both Therron enough for responding to our hour of need and would like to advise other customers that this organization is compassionate and highly competent. If I lived in Vernon this would be the RV repair service that I would choose to attend to the ongoing maintenance of my vehicle.
