I have a family member in the Auto repair business, and he said that I was charged a very fair amount for the repair service that was provided for me. The work was done at a professional level. Also Mike's explanation of the work provided, was clear and concise. Mike takes the time to ask if you would like to see all the work that was done, puts the vehicle back on the hoist and walks you through all the work. That is old school professionalism at it's best!!! Mike should open a school and teach other up coming mechanic's the art of how to run a repair shop!!! We feel very lucky. We were not familiar with the area. It was a holiday (July 1st) and never expected anyone to be working but when we arrive Mike started to work on our vehicle shortly after. 3 hours later and a few parts sourced out. ( lucky that Lordco had the parts) (thank you Leah for picking them up) we were on the road again. We travelled another 450 klm's and arrived home with no more trouble. Just a side note, this was not an easy fix. Water pump, various pullies and a new belt. AND no appointment. Mike is an amazing mechanic and good person to know.

No one seemed to have anything close to what we wanted. We remembered there was a motorhome parked right near where we had our visit with Jeff at Rosman's early that morning, so we stopped back in on our way home. He showed us the motorhome they had there, and we ended up buying it! Over the years, we've had several different campers, travel trailers and this is our first Motorhome. Northwood recommended them as an authorized dealer for Northwood products. The service manager said that they have found repairs to Schwinteck slide systems to be difficult because Lippert (the manufacturer) is very difficult to deal with. We still have a full warranty but they refused to accept our warranty claim. We called the head of the Northwood warranty department and he seemed quite upset (appropriately so) and said he would look into this. This experience has been a stain on the reputation of Mike Rossman RV and we will never go there again

There were no extra charges when I returned the car, which I later bought when they offered it for sale. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Harry's. It's been a great, dependable vehicle - it's never left me stranded. Chris takes the time to explain what needs to be done maintenance wise, what can wait, and is always respectful when he has to explain and inform non-mechanically minded customers like me. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT EXPECT A RENTAL/ car while you wait for your car to Be fixed. I took my car in last summer and they gave me a pay crusier. I was only 10 min away when the steering when I had to pull on the side of the road. I called them and they told me to drive to Walmart and buy fluids. The wheel wouldn't not turn and wasn't dangerous. I took it was immediately and that's NOT THE WORST PART. The gave me another car. Witch I regret taking. THANK THE LORD MY CHILD AND DOG WERE NOT WITH ME THAT DAY. I had a shift at 7am the next day I was driving I turn on the highway and the WHOLE CAR GAVE OUT. I WAS STUCK IN A CAR WITH NO WORKING BRAKES OR GAS PEDAL. THE STEERING WHEEL ALSO GAVE OUT AND ALL LIGHTS AND SOUNDS WERE GOING OFF. it felt like seconds before I hit a ditch that lunged me into the air and I misssed the light poles and wiring by just inches. I after landed FLAT down ona side of a road thank god there wasn't no one waiting to cross. The fire and the police and ambulance couldn't not believe I was alive do. THE CAR WAS TOTALED. I Did not get an call Fromm the company to make sure I was okay or anything. They offered no compensation and refused my calls And in the words of the receptionist "will not Be taking my calls or business". I have a7 year old with Mild disabilities And a 2 year old dog. If they were in that car they would have been dead today. Only help I wasn't offered wa ICBC and told informations i will not disclose. I left that with severe whiplash and bruising all over my body with all picture to proof ripped clothihing and server shock trauma and please do not risk your life if u want to live there sparecars cant be trusted witch shows the work they do to cars.
