Terrible customer service. My sales rep was Alyssa West. I had merely gone into the store to inquire on the various phones, not seeking to upgrade. The hard sell was "on" from jump. First, she talked in industry lingo for the entire encounter and spoke very fast. Even when I told her I didn't understand what she was trying to explain she failed to explain the advantages vs disadvantages of the various phones and calling or data plans. In fact, she gave me the plan she thought best without any discussion including the same brand of phone though I had states I was potentially interested in an Android phone. She immediately directed me to the iPhones by saying the deal would better. Unfortunately, I will never know if my deal was better, because, again, she ignored my questions and did not explain the situation to me. Whats worse? She up sells me on a phone protection plan under the guise that it would not make my monthly bill any higher than what it was prior to coming in to the store. While that was true, she made no effort to save me more money, and instead chose to pad her commission. The beginning of the worst part was the promises she call me because she was unable to produce a return label for my old phone that I was trading in. There was no follow up, phone call and, thus, I had to call the store myself. When I did call them, she was unavailable, and , the customer sales rep on the phone was very rude and told me that "he was with another customer" true or not, he knew my inquiry was one of concern. Instead of transferring my call to another sales rep or a manager, he said that he will take a phone message and have her return my call because she was not in the store. she never returned my call. So I texted her the next day, she advised she would get back to me. Again the entire week she did not call me. I texted her again and this time she didn't even respond via text or phone call. The nail in the coffin as to the first customer service, was that the entire time I am asking my questions, and she is consummating the sale, she is talking to other representatives in the store, who have no customers and cutting up with them. They are joking and laughing and talking about items not associated with work. I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and discourteous by not giving me her full attention particularly when I'm spending $1200 on a new phone. I said nothing to her and let the entire encounter transpire in disbelief. There were approximately five other sales reps in the store at the time. Instead of focusing on the customer, she was chitchatting with them, and only handling my transaction perfunctorily. If I were you, I would steer clear of this entire store. It is not a Verizon corporate store, but an independent retailer of Verizon made to look like a Verizon corporate store. If Mrs. West is any indication of the attitude of the other sales reps in the store, and I have no reason to believe that the attitudes aren't pervasive in that store, I would steer clear of buying anything from this location. If being ignored in multiple ways by your sales representative, is your thing, then this store is perfect for you. It was a completely unprofessional, discourteous and non-customer service oriented presentation. I will never again buy another item from that store. I suggest you do the same. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. Do not waste your time with this location. More than willing to upsell as many unnecessary add-ons as possible, but do not stand behind any of the aftermarket products they sell. Spent over $1000 in the store, and inside of 60 days, they refuse to refund a failed product($70 heavy duty, protective iPhone 12 case, recommended by the sales representative) which was an obvious failure in manufacturing. All paperwork in hand, and they show a 14 day return policy, only shown in a line item, with an activation fee. Asked to speak to the senior employee on staff in charge, and was told that they do not have management in or at that location. Don't walk, run. You've been warned. read more

I just tried to get help at this location and the lazy employee was completely useless and had an attitude the entire time. I'll be going to a different company now die to this garbage employee. His name is Loss or Lot or something stupid but of course I can't hear it well with his mumbling voice. I called again and different employee picked up and said his name is Jay, so either one or both of them are lying. Either way this worthless employee shouldn't have a job read more

Best Verizon store I've ever been to. Marcel answered all of my questions over the phone and when I got to the store, he already had my new device at his desk waiting for me, so there was zero delay in getting things handled. Sales associate: Carlos After I had bought my new phone from Walmart for Verizon to get a better deal on the phone itself I had to stop here to sort things out. Carlos helped me understand what I needed to do to get into contact with Verizon to fix my phone issues via Assumed Liability. I also traded in my iPhone to get a new case for my Samsung S5, a tablet with a case (their Eclipse), and screen protectors for each device while I was there. He was able to work out some discounts for me as well before sending me out the door with all the information I needed to rectify the situation with not being able to port my old number to my new phone. I guess I learned my lesson and should just pay a little more just to hopefully get things fixed the first time. read more

I added lines for myself, my partner, my daughter, and internet for two homes. When I moved from NY to GA, I personally visited a T-Mobile store to confirm coverage before the move. I was told service would be great. It was not. For months I dealt with spotty service and was told my area wasn't well-covered -- the opposite of what I was promised. On top of that, my address was never updated despite asking multiple times. Every time I called, my NY address was still in the system. Every time I was told it was fixed. It never was. When I cancelled, they billed me for an extra month anyway. The cancellation was never processed. When the return label for my internet box finally came, it had my old NY address on it -- yet another reminder that nothing was ever actually fixed. I called this morning and got nowhere. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to return equipment because of their mistakes, without transportation to get to a store. Overpriced. Unreliable coverage. Broken promises. Zero follow-through. Do not waste your time or money.

I did something I never plan to do, and decided to switch to Verizon today. Without the help of one very knowledgeable and customer service oriented individual, I would not have gone through with the transition. I would not have left with the confidence in Verizon had Lucas not been as knowledgeable as he was about to Civic needs and what the best course of contract would be for my situation. Sure, there are plenty of cell carriers out there that offer plans with in dollars -maybe even pennies of what Verizon offers. However, What the other companies in this market they don't offer - an unprecedented level of consistent correspondence and precision in service, both of which you will receive from placing your 21st century lifeline. people like Lucas Welnetz. Lucas began helping me figure out what was best for me at the store here in Kingsland and have the courtesy to let me know he would be at the store in Fernandina beach,Fl at the same time I was going to be working there so it would be convenient for me to come in and finish the proposal we had started for my plan. Well aware of my current financial situation post moving and starting a new job within the past week, Lucas made every effort to make my transition to Verizon at painless and affordable experience period I would recommend this salesman a particular and Verizon Wireless to anyone thinking of changing carriers to someone they can count on to look out for their best interest. Excellent customer service, product service, and continued support provided. The entire staff strives to provide care to the clients requests as I directly experienced while being given undivided attention by Will the store manager. My direct experience with Will was over the top. He made the whole process smooth, efficient, and effective. He provided constant follow up status about the order which is really important to me. Anticipated my needs and never made me feel like my questions were useless, or confusing. Super professional and knowledgeable he strived to really educate me to all my options without ever being pushy. I really felt like he had my needs at his as his best focus, without ever trying to sell me anything other than what I expressed I needed but still providing some education on options. My review reflects on Darrell Williams at the Yulee Florida Verizon store, I spent 3 days frustrated really frustrated with the mistakes made prior, within 15 minutes he had started straightening everything out he did a wonderful job and he was compassionate, most of all he was patient with me :-) he also knew the products very well which is helpful because the prior dude did not. We were greeted by Michael Kelly as he held the door open for us and welcomed us warmly. We switched our phones over from Sprint and the process was seamlessly easy. Michael was knowledgeable and informed us of all the promotions available. No hard sell, he just asked about our needs and steered us towards the best options. Great customer service. Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless sales associate JAX was very knowledgeable, super friendly and patient on more then one occasion. My husband and I went in to just ask a few questions and JAX gave us great information on all our options and products with no pushy sales pitch. Ordered my iPhone 7plus online through a program for teachers, but then needed help setting it up. Went to the Verizon store in Yulee. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got it going and was able to transfer everything from my old phone that apparently had suffered water damage. He said any time I had questions or needed help to just come on in.
