This Verizon/cellular sales location helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 15 pro with no issues at all. Great, quick customer service.

I hope a $40 case was worth losing 2 customers, gaining multiple bad reviews and a BBB inquiry. I called into the store on IP15PM launch day (9/22) to see if they had any of the new 15 pro max. They did, they had 1! In the exact color I wanted. I was pretty excited given everyone else was sold out. I went in a couple hours later and sat down with David Hernandez (on my sales receipt). He started ringing up the phone but midway through stopped and told me he can't sell this phone without a case and screen protector. I thought I didn't hear him right so I asked him to repeat and he then told me that he will not be selling this phone without some sort of accessory. He starts pushing cables and cases and warranty plans, the whole gamut. I told him I wasn't interested in any of that , I just wanted the phone. He then proceeds to tell me that he is refusing to sell this to me (which his manager backed him up on) unless I bought a case or something with it. We went back and forth for a few minutes until I said screw it. I wanted the phone and I knew it was the only one. If I wasn't so impatient, I wouldn't have purchased. The whole transaction was disingenuous as a "customer service" experience. I honestly couldn't believe they refused to sell me, a regular customer to this store, a phone because they feel they need to hit a quota of accessory sales. The kicker is my wife also was purchasing an iPhone 15 and needed a case, charging cable for the car, etc because she's going from an older style iPhone with lightning connector. The unethical treatment of customers at this location is abhorrent. If they did it to me, I'm sure they've done it to less fortunate customers as well. Secondarily to this, the new phone was set up under my wife's number and not mine which forced me to be there for an hour longer than necessary, interrupted my wife's service, and made me have to go through a multitude of transactions for something that should have been very simple. Honestly, I don't even know if everything was done correctly and am verifying it with Verizon to make sure. At the end of the day, I know mistakes are part of human nature and this could have been an easily overlooked issue, but the sheer disrespectful and unethical treatment and selling tactics used for a lousy accessory is what I'm the most upset over. For this, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else other than this cellular sales Verizon location. read more

Thus was the Verizon store that made me leave Verizon and go to T-Mobile. Best decision I made in a long time. Cheaper service, better customer treatment, and happier satisfaction. Salesman at this location was a snobbish ass and treated me like crap because I didn't want to pay nearly $300 a month for service. If you thinking of new phone check T-Mobile down the road on Route 30 and get treated like they appreciate you coming in. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! These guys were as happy as can be to sell us 2 new phones. It was during the follow-up that these turds let their true colors show. One of the cell phones were not functioning properly, so it had to be returned. These scoundrels thought they were going to sell another cell phone when they saw us, but when they realized we had an issue they put us off onto a new guy that had only been there a few days. He was the best out of everyone there. He helped us & got us a replacement phone, but forgot to get my micro SD out of the old phone. No biggie...not his fault, he was new. When my wife went back for it the next day, the fat lard at the desk refused to go back & retrieve the phone!! So I went in the next day to get it & they told me the phone was shipped back to the refurbishing factory & I would have to buy a new SD. Over the next few months we continued to have problems with these guys till I almost left Verizon. I called Verizon personally & found out the facts. They helped me out, even gave me a better monthly plan that these losers didn't tell me about. (I GOT $40 SHAVED FROM MY MONTHLY BILL FROM THAT PHONE CALL!) Simply put, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
