They did the work in front of me within 5 minutes. My total cost for both an iPhone 6 charging connector and battery was $74.90 including tax. The Apple store wanted $79 for just the battery. I felt very comfortable having Hot Spot Wireless work on my phone and would strongly recommend them.

We got to this place after booking an appointment through their website. The line outside the store was pretty long for people with appointments. We got in and made it straight to the laptop section. The store was short staffed and short on supply and we waited some time until a young consultant showed up. He knew his stuff pretty well but couldn't stay around much as he constantly was going around to help other customers. This made us wait every time we had questions about a laptop. We finally decided which laptop we were choosing and let him know. It again took some time for him to get the laptop out of the inventory and get to the billing. We finally checked out and left the store. The HP laptop has been a good purchase and has been doing well so far.
