Would give 0 if I could. Incompetent. Bad management. So far 3 trips and 5 hours wasted just trying to get a new phone. Store not kept clean. Displays not turned on and consultants that know very little about the phones they sell. Manager doesn't keep appointments and apparently everyone makes their own hours. There's a reason it's empty all the time. Do yourself a favor and drive further. read more

A driver from this company was driving erratically down Route 100 WB this afternoon before 5:00 pm…read more I witnessed him narrowly squeeze between 2 cars going close to 80 MPH. The car he cut in front of had to slam on their brakes and swerve to the shoulder to avoid collision. Last 4 digits of license plate were 7404. Extremely dangerous and dumb enough to do it in a company work truck.

What a fantastic company! Found this company initially…read morethrough Craigslist and then went to their website which appears in the Craigslist ad. Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

I emailed James on a Sunday, and although it was a weekend, James promptly answered all of my questions on the same day (and I sent him a ton of emailes), so I scheduled the service. The service tech (Anthony) called me in the morning and let me know when he would be arriving. Anthony arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed my two TVs. After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes
