As a longtime customer when visiting the retail location I expect better service. The man was funky and disheveled looking. He appeared to have little to zero interest in helping me even though I have insurance he refused to help me unless i wanted to purchase another phone. All i wanted was for my volume to work. Let me tell you, AJ & RJ are the sweetest employees. I've been to the store 3 times in one week. AJ did his best to assist me. I left with my issue unresolved because the store became crowded & they only had two employees during christmas time. I came in the day after christmas 10AM to be exact. I think they're DM was the only one there. He told me the Sprint system was down & he'd call me @ 12 to let me know if it was up. I never received a call. I went back to the store right before 1:30. AJ was there to assist me. He had to get in touch with customer service who hung up the phone on him after a 30 minute plus wait. I eventually left to go home for about 15 mins & left my devices there because I was sick of waiting. I came back and one of my two issues was fixed. As AJ was working on my issue, the DM called their SM and told her to send AJ over to another store immediately. AJ was on his personal phone handling my issue. So that meant he had to end the call. My issue was not fixed. I sat in the store waiting for RJ to fix my issue til about 4:15. I watched him also handle two customer's expeditiously which made me frustrated. His SM also got in touch with customer service to help another customer & I watched him leave, expeditiously. 3 customers got to walk in and out within 30 minutes . Meanwhile I sat there for over 2 hours. Frustrating! All I wanted was to switch phone numbers between two phones . A Flip flop, that's all. I ended up going to another store. read more

They are very friendly when you're buying, but if you want to return something, because you are unhappy with the product, they (the girl with the red wig) become real unfriendly. Plus the music is loud and very unpleasant. I'll never shop here again. So unprofessional. read more
