The first person I spoke with said he was new and I'd have to come back in an hour NBD, but when I came back the "manager" got really angry that Verizon sold this phone to me because he "won't make commission on it". He even went on to say they 3 weeks prior someone had been looking at it and he wanted to call them to make sure they didn't want it (so he could make the money on it.) So I stood there while he attempted many times right I front of me to try to sell it to someone else...... it gets even weirder. Then the guy on the phone said he didn't want it, this "manager" went to the back and brought out 5 of the exact phones I wanted! I said to him, "oh, you had a bunch of them?" And he said, "yeah but the guy 3 weeks ago said he'd take all of them"...... then I waited a half hour for him to give it to me. While that was happening, 2 groups of people angrily walked out from the unprofessional way they were treated too. The original guy that told me to come back was waiting on a lady, and I overheard her tell him that she thought he might be trying to upsell her and cost her more than she wanted to spend..... he replied that he was and you can't blame him because he's "only here to make money"..... cut to this morning , Christmas Morning!, my daughter opened her phone up and was very excited. We tried to get it going only to find out that he still had someone's information on it (brand new iPhone 14 Pro) and I'll have to call tomorrow and straighten it out with Verizon..... this store sucks, plain and simple!
