After about 4 days of visiting Verizon and calling apple support without any resolution, we stopped into this Verizon one last time hoping to get it resolved. Alberto helped us out, and was able to fix the issue within about 30 mins by deleting my sim and then putting it back on my phone. Super grateful for him taking the time to really figure out what the issue was and not brushing it off as something they couldn't fix.
