The Wi-Fi cuts out at least 5 times a day and stays down for hours. I called Spectrum support, but they refuse to issue a refund or lower my monthly bill--which they increased without even notifying me!!! We visited a local Spectrum store to resolve this. They admitted the price was high and promised to reduce our monthly rate from $95 to $65. However, they never followed through!!! The rate was never lowered. It's a complete bait-and-switch. They also charged me double what they quoted for moving the equipment!!! They won't give the money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

I spent about 2 hours with T-Mobile port line and then had to call Verizon's only to find out theirs isn't a 24 hours. It's been a mess and now I still will have to come to the store tomorrow. All because he was too lazy to assist a customer because he was ready to go. Great Customer service seems to be far and few these days.
