Already perturbed, I stood for another couple of minutes appearing to need help within eyeshot of both of the men. They started to walk away when the "senior" gentleman finally acknowledged me. He sent a rep over to me. I explained I wanted 55 or 65 inch tv preferably Samsung or LG, QLED tech, and open box if possible. He took me over and without asking any more questions showed me an OLED. Far outside what I anticipated paying, when there are clearly other 55" QLED options. When I asked him about the Samsung 55" QLED in the back of the stack of open box TVs, I was told that it wasn't a good tv. I'm no expert but I certainly would want to know if my people were going straight to "not a good tv" rather than "what do you like about that one?" The man also could not get to his water bottle quick enough. Sipped on it during the experience. I asked a few more questions to give him another shot but he also disparaged other TVs. I couldn't leave fast enough. I did not get any of their names but this was around noon today. I LOVE shopping for toys like that, but this experience was not how you please your customers and get them to come back.

Today I reviewed my T-Mobile statement and my bill increased by $16.83 for 30 months (or $504.90) plus the initial purchase down payment. The bottom line is that I believe that the T-Mobile sales process is complicated on purpose. It's definitely a shell game intended to confuse clients and get you to pay more money. Next time around I'll buy a phone directly from Apple. I'm not sure how much it will cost but I bet the transaction will be more straight forward.

In the midst of that, the act manager Tarek Rida overheard we owned a business and told us about Verizon business and how it would "save us money" switching to a business account. Tarek added 2 extra lines to our account without our knowledge that we have been paying for months. After talking with customer service, (which I have all phone calls recorded) they stated this is fraud and he's been doing this. They said they could refund us credits from the amount we have been paying over the months but first had to go back to the store to have Tarek remove the lines and note in the account we may be refunded. This is because our account had been switched to a business account by him and only he could access to change things that customer service could not do. Went up to the store multiple times he wasn't there. Finally yesterday my husband went up again and Tarek was there. He said "he couldn't remove the lines" ?!! I went up today to have our account switched back to a regular account rather than business because it's been nothing but issues. Tarek got very hostile with me, said "I'm not doing that and I'm not helping you" and got up and walked away. He created fraud activity and refused to fix it. The police were called the the store today and a report against him has been made along with the fraud department with Verizon against him. Also have contacted my attorney and will be taking this matter against him farther. For any future Verizon customers avoid this location but especially Tarek Rida at all costs!! Also check your bills, do not fall for any scams in store when they tell you they can save you money, and never just hand over your devices to them. He added lines and an app on my children's iPads without us knowing and they've been receiving spam texts and calls and inappropriate messages ever since. We still are having trouble getting these lines removed and switching back to a regular consumer account from business.

The staff doesn't seem to know the process and when I complained they blamed us. They also didn't fully inform us of all the charges for setting up the phones. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they can't give me their number. Of course now if we try to go somewhere else we'll be charged restocking fees for the phones we've gotten.
