I called them and they were able to get me in within the hour. **If you make an appointment instead of walking in they give you $10 off** Check in was a breeze as it was quick and they were polite and appeared well oiled like a phone fixing factory! I came back at the allotted time (45 min due to busy Saturday) and it was ready for me. Clean and new with no issues. No exchange of money due to the groupon and they told me about the warranty. Unfortunately over the next two days I realized the screen wasn't registering my finger print. I called and they said sometimes screens are defective, apologized, and said it can be a delayed response, bring it in whenever convenient for me. Next time I brought it in it was the same experience...great and quick. They replaced the screen completely and even saved my screen protector I had bought and put it back on for me. Now the screen works perfectly. Dont waste your time and money trying to fix screens by yourself when this is so quick, easy, convenient, and legit. SO SO worth the money. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. Already perturbed, I stood for another couple of minutes appearing to need help within eyeshot of both of the men. They started to walk away when the "senior" gentleman finally acknowledged me. He sent a rep over to me. I explained I wanted 55 or 65 inch tv preferably Samsung or LG, QLED tech, and open box if possible. He took me over and without asking any more questions showed me an OLED. Far outside what I anticipated paying, when there are clearly other 55" QLED options. When I asked him about the Samsung 55" QLED in the back of the stack of open box TVs, I was told that it wasn't a good tv. I'm no expert but I certainly would want to know if my people were going straight to "not a good tv" rather than "what do you like about that one?" The man also could not get to his water bottle quick enough. Sipped on it during the experience. I asked a few more questions to give him another shot but he also disparaged other TVs. I couldn't leave fast enough. I did not get any of their names but this was around noon today. I LOVE shopping for toys like that, but this experience was not how you please your customers and get them to come back.

Today I reviewed my T-Mobile statement and my bill increased by $16.83 for 30 months (or $504.90) plus the initial purchase down payment. The bottom line is that I believe that the T-Mobile sales process is complicated on purpose. It's definitely a shell game intended to confuse clients and get you to pay more money. Next time around I'll buy a phone directly from Apple. I'm not sure how much it will cost but I bet the transaction will be more straight forward.

Tarek added 2 extra lines to our account without our knowledge that we have been paying for months. They said they could refund us credits from the amount we have been paying over the months but first had to go back to the store to have Tarek remove the lines and note in the account we may be refunded. This is because our account had been switched to a business account by him and only he could access to change things that customer service could not do. Went up to the store multiple times he wasn't there. Finally yesterday my husband went up again and Tarek was there. He said "he couldn't remove the lines" ?!! I went up today to have our account switched back to a regular account rather than business because it's been nothing but issues. Tarek got very hostile with me, said "I'm not doing that and I'm not helping you" and got up and walked away. He created fraud activity and refused to fix it. The police were called the the store today and a report against him has been made along with the fraud department with Verizon against him. Also have contacted my attorney and will be taking this matter against him farther. For any future Verizon customers avoid this location but especially Tarek Rida at all costs!! Also check your bills, do not fall for any scams in store when they tell you they can save you money, and never just hand over your devices to them. He added lines and an app on my children's iPads without us knowing and they've been receiving spam texts and calls and inappropriate messages ever since. Not only did I get the new phone I was looking for, fast, they also hooked me up with the Apple Care Plan--you know, just in case another puddle ate this phone. The sales agent, Drake, sold me a phone that turned out to have been reported stolen & blacklisted. I never reported the phone. Another business line was attached to the phone (not mine). I was told the issue had been resolved on 2/8. Fast forward to 8/1, the phone has been reported stolen & blacklisted again. As a result, I am unable to use the service I am actively paying for. I contacted the Macedonia store twice & spoke with the manager, Emily, which refused to help. I have visited 5 other AT&T stores (one being a corporate store in Strongsville), called loyalty 10x, spoke to 10+ different AT&T agents, 4 supervisors, 4 store managers, 4 IT techs & opened 6 fraud cases. All the fraud cases closed & received a email they are unable to help. Going on day 13, my phone still doesn't work and the issue has not been resolved.
