Thanks to Covid and its impact on basically everything, my order took a long time to receive, and then a glitch on the manufacturer's end caused another weeks-long delay. I definitely recommend them without hesitation, and should any other window treatment needs arise, I will be a repeat customer.

I was going to write a five star until we got to the cash register…read more We came over here to purchase and donate toys for a nonprofit organization that sponsors needy and homeless families who would otherwise not have a Christmas. We went through the toy section and were pleasantly surprised at seeing Leggos on sale with a table on which several unicorn Lego toys were placed next to a 30% off placard. We got several among other toys. Got to the register and the cashier rang one at full price. Upon our challenge, he started "apparently it depends on the unicorn". Take out or leave it. To put items on a table marked 30% off and then ring the item at full price is horrible ethics. Sadly, we have been assiduous Kohls customers, especially during holiday season.

I wanted to shout out a young man named Conlin (?) for extremely good customer service after what…read morewas a very bad experience with another incredibly rude employee (Tracy) at The West Lebanon, NH store. My Customer pick up item was not in the bin when I arrived and we were assisted by this young man who looked through every single bin in the hopes of finding it and when he could not, he refunded the order with a merchandise credit and helped me locate the items that were on that order, even looking "on the dock" for one of the items when my size was not on the racks. This young man was friendly, apologetic and eager to help and made this bad experience better. I did speak to Manager Chris about this employees excellent service, so I do hope he was acknowledged as he deserves it.

Read Clarke retired after a lifetime of commitment and service to the community and this store was sold to Rocky's Hardware, a New England chain based in Springfield MA, with 48 stores including in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. Rocky's is family owned. Although most of the original employees are no longer working there, it still remains a super community place in small-town New England. The employees are super friendly and eager to assist. The Ace Hardware affiliation means they can take advantage of a worldwide supply chain. Since the turnover, stock variety has visibly increased. Another addition to their offerings include online ordering. It was sad to see the old family move away. But if it had to, Rocky's is a welcome presence in the community.

AMAZING!!!! Best experience bra shopping I've ever had. Heather is fantastic and extremely…read morededicated to making sure you find a bra that fits you when she does a fitting. This isn't a store with seasonal employees who know nothing more than you do for how to fit a bra (ie measuring around your bust underneath your boob and then including your boobs)- the employees here know WAY more about fitting, bras, how to treat your bras properly. The selection is also quite nice and there is even a wonderful and gentle lavender detergent for handwashables that I particularly enjoy... but not as much as I enjoy how good my bra feels (which means my back and shoulders and everything else feel better too). Sorta pricey but worth it. You see you're paying for quality that makes a difference and there is a nice little bra buying club.

My right size was completely different and Heather, the lovely lady there who helped us, found me a few really great ones. I wore one of them out of the store, that is how big of a difference the new bras were. Already I can see that my posture is better and the bra fits absolutely perfectly. Heather helped both of us and was super helpful and accommodating. While the prices are high, I see now that you really do need to pay for quality with these types of things and first and foremost, make sure you are wearing the right size!! Overall, this was a necessity for me to have done and I left the store with three perfectly fitting bras.

They did not recognize what needed to be done, repaired it inadequately and we had a much worse violin afterwards that essentially ruined its value. We would have been much better off having paid a bit more and having it done right. The owner is also not kind, not forthcoming and difficult to get a straight answer from. Won't be returning here unfortunately.
